This is still not clear ! Where is the link to show where to get and submit TM30? For example does it have to be submitted when applying for re entry permit ? Does this TM 30 have to have an official stamp when used and where to get this after landlord has completed ! Where to get a weblink on all this ?

Has anyone else noticed that all news channels like NHK, BBC, CNN are now running 5 minutes behind the usual programme schedule? So for example on all these channels the 8pm news has started at 8:05pm! This applies across the programming day.
 
Surely this is not due to the regime demanding a delay so that they can cut out any content that they deem unsuitable for ordinary mortals!

Some weeks ago I purchased some men’s Rogaine Hair ointment from the US! It was shipped by the seller using Fedex ! When the item arrived it was held by customs who spoke with fedex and told me it had to be destroyed because it contained ingredients not allowed to be imported by post unless I had a licence ! If it was brought by air or land by person then that’s no problem ! Furthermore I was informed that I had to pay 1000 baht to have this item destroyed! I have bought this item before and had it shipped by the USPS international with no problems! This has been another disturbing example of Thai hypocrisy and cost me 100$ US! Beware !!!!

A (insert brand) japanese car in Europe has to adhere to European standards ... in Thailand it adheres to ASEAN standards ... you can check the prices online or at the next show room ...

Get off it! Can you buy a Honda motorcycle here for the same price as Japan?  Sure you can.  If someone wants cheap wine come to Thailand and plant a vineyard.  How about the price of gas vs Europe?  How about the price of utilities?  I live here for half the money I'd spend in America. 

Greed comes in all percentages.  Cosmetic profits are probably the highest.  How much do brand names cost for purses and shoes?  Do yo check the profit margin on all of your purchases? 
 
Do the manufacturers gain or the retail personal?  All imported products that have an import tax or VAT tax, benefit Thailand's government in some amount large or small. 
 
When you don't buy Australian wine you help the mega rich Thai beverage producing families and reinforce their decision to keep wine duties high.  Is that what you are trying to accomplish? 
 
I, on the other hand, want wine prices to come down and if there is enough of a market for good wines the beverage companies will adjust and begin to supply a good product. 
 
It is all a matter of supply and demand.  By withholding your demand you are supporting the people who wish Thailand not to have good wine.  

Meaningless free trade agreement, Thailand-Australia. Just for Thai Gov to use for their publicity

The power of the big “beer” producers in Thailand! I use the word in quote because its foul stuff ! So they make sure even Wines are far more expensive than need to be and I reiterate ! Thailand has free trade agreement with Australia .. meaningless though.

And the crazy thing is that Thailand has a free trade agreement with Australia where J Creek comes from ! So as ever the Thai wholesaler and Retailer are trying to screw customers ! Let the stuff gather dust on the shelves !
