Visa exemption while i am deciding on if its right for me

first advice : forget what you have been heard and those "folks who have been doing this for years..."

2 entries a year would be the norm with a visa exemption

as us citizen  wanting to stay long time in thailand , i would choose the single entry tourist visa (setv)

if you want to leave after 28/29 days , you could come with visa exemption , then leave , then visa exemption again....

  2. the belgian stroke again... Batshuyai didn't need more than 10' , hazard and courtois ...  with lukaku (twice M U) , mertens (napoli), de bruyne (M city) , i wonder if the red devils shouldn't be in world cup final next year

  3. for closing this thread  :

for the marriage certificate/affidavit : i must come with the requiered documents , after being approved , the appointment (with thai gf) will be decided. must wait min between 3 days and 3 MONTHS for receiving it (or pick it up at the embassy... :shock1: (price : 80 euros)

for the income affidavit : must wait 24 hours for receiving it or pick it up at the embassy  (price 780 thb)

  4. if you don't go to the gogo bars, no drink beer/alcool, no smoke and enjoy the thai company, why staying in Pattaya ?????

why the hell such challenge as it's absolutly not usefull  (and even so frustrating !!!) ????? are you masochistic ????

so easy  (and without pain) to stay on this budget in a small village lost in the middle of the rice fields in issaan.... here also so much easyer to lose weight as you seems to enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables and fish, bicycle and walking, ...

otherwise , why the hell coming to thailand ?????

if it's a true story, what was the goal actually ????

Not a farang. A 'foreigner'. The subtext of this difference is that Farang refers to European heritage and 'foreigner' is Arab or North Asian...ie Indian or similar.

and if you want to know more : at the very first time , the word "farang" came from  'falang se' refering to français  (french people) only !

later usually used for white people as the khmer pronunciation BALAN (nearly BLAN) refered to "blanc" (white people)

    little bit off topic,  :sorry:

but okay , you're right The manic, as they speak about tourist in the article, could be arab, asian or african

To impress the masses of locals yes.

Had the numbers been bad, one could deduct that the current administration is not doing their job (which is in fact the reality, everything went downhill since 2014).

So yes, the numbers have to be good, the Junta needs legitimacy in these times, to be able to bring back the happiness to the Thai people and move Thailand 4.0 forward.

isn't it what is commonly named prop^g^nd^ , is it ?
