For you, entering Malaysia and Singapore is definitely no problem. You will not need visas. If your girlfriend and her son are Thai, and have passports, no visas are needed, but a couple of complications are possible. A letter from the boy's father may be needed to take the boy out of Thailand. If your girlfriend has traveled (especially frequently) to Malaysia and Singapore before, there might be an issue with their immigration, though unlikely for a three night stay.
Thanks Tim, Much obliged, Its the first time out of country for both of them, I,ve been with her 6 years, Boy is mad about Lego so I promised him go Legoland for his Birthday, ( I,ll think twice next time, HaHa, Joking, Its a once in a lifetime trip as I,m not sure if we will get the chance again, ) Ex B/F left when she was pregnant 10 years ago, He cannot be contacted so She had to get a signed form from village Headman and another witness to that effect when they applied for Passports in June this year, Do you think that might be ok ? Anyhow Thanks to you and everybody and ThaiVisaForum for your Help, Bye for Now, SteveMc.

Thanks Guys I,ve already booked up. So I,ll go down the 30 day route, You will have to bear with me as I,m not very good on Computers and I,m in early stages of Parkinsons, I have another maybe more difficult Question, I,m going to Singapore from BKK on the 3rd of Jan, and fly back from Singapore to BKK on the 11th of Jan, But I want to take my G/F and her 10 year old son to Legoland in malaysia on the 8th of Jan, stay 3 nights and go straight from Legoland to Singapore Airport on the 11th Jan and fly back to BKK, Will That be ok or will there be any problems, or does anyone know the Procedure, I.E. Visa, etc, I have a EU passport, Thanks again, SteveMc.

If you decide to go the route of 60-day tourist visa and re-entry permit (the very safest approach, but likely unnecessary in your case) plan to get the re-entry permit at the airport in Bangkok on departure. This only takes about 15-20 minutes as opposed to a trip out to an inconveniently located immigration office and often long wait for service.
Thanks

I'm sure you'd be fine just using 30 day visa exempts for those plans especially if you have the singapore flights booked before leaving london
Thanks

The Visa-Exempt route is OK, provided you do not have a "longer-stay" history in Thailand. If this is your first time coming here - or you have only ever come for infrequent and short-stays, then you are very unlikely to be denied-entry. Be sure to have proof of your future-travel by air, plus 20K Baht worth of cash (the rule says 10K for visa-exempt, but there was a fairly recent report of denial with a person for not having 20K).
OTOH, if you do have a longer-stay history in Thailand, even a year or more ago, I would get the Tourist-Visa, use a re-entry permit, and carry 20K worth of cash for entry to Thailand - just to be sure.
Thanks

If you are certain about your travel plans, then it is much easier and free of cost to travel without visa.
You will have no problem to get another 30 day stamp when returning by air from Singapore.
At check-in in London, Dec 4: will you have a proof (booking) of onward flight to Singapore?
The only concern traveling without visa would be airline staff claiming that you are not allowed without visa for more than 30 days except you have proof of onward travel within the period.
Some airline(s) (staff) is nitpicking on that, others not.
Thanks Khun Benq, I have already booked up lon to bkk 4 dec,--30 Jan, and Udon Thanee--Singapore 3rd Jan--11 Jan, 2019, ( I usually travel every 6 months to Thailand for usually 1 month at a time, ) So I will go down the 30 day tourist Visa exempt route, Thank you, Also If I can pick someones brain for a moment, I am taking my g/f and her 10 year old son to legoland in Malaysia, Do you Know is there any problem going from Singapore to Malaysia and back, I wish to go to Singapore on 3 Jan, go over to Legoland on the 8th Jan, and come back to Singapore Airport on the 11 Jan and fly back to BKK, Do you know What is the situation about that,? Thanks, SteveMc

Hi Guys, I need your help please, I,m flying to Thailand from London, on 4 December 2018 ( arrive BKK on 5th, ) and Flying back to London on 30 Jan, 2019 ( 57 days ) After 30 days in Thailand I,m flying to Singapore on the 3rd of January and coming back to Thailand on the 11th of January, and then flying back to London on the 30th of January, My Question is, If I get a 60 day visa here in UK, does it cover me in Thailand If I go to Singapore for 8 days and come back or does my 60 day visa become null and void if I leave during the the 60 day visa period and/or would I be better off going on a 30 day tourist exempt, going to Singapore on the 3rd of January for 8 days and getting another 30 day Visa exempt when I come back to Thailand on the 11 of January ? Hope you understand all this, Glad if someone can help me, Thanks a Lot. SteveMc.

I would have left after the 1st time and maybe have given her a chance but on the 2nd time I would be gone, been with my Thai gf 9 yrs and never once has there been a problem, leave now and don't look back!!
Best option is to leave Thailand and don't tell her, she is a bully and a very violent one, you have no way out other than what I have suggested, stay and one day it won't be a fist it will be a knife, the very best of luck!!

I Totally Agree. Get out now, ( or at least see legal advice from your Embassy.) and then get out.

I believe it is a loan payment too. She has a hair salon and makes about 35,000 to 40,000 a month. But until she stops helping every family member that comes along she can not help herself. That is why I do not give into her. I am suprised she has not got rid of me . I do help her, but not by handing her cash. I pay for her daily needs such as food , clothes , travel and health needs. She just can not manage money . Thanks for all the replies. I am sure I know where I stand
If she makes 35-40,000 baht a month, then shes rich compared to the other local villagers, P.S. It must be a very big Village to make that much.

Many thanks. Will pass on.
He divorced his (Western) wife after he caught her cheating. Hence his aversion now towards Western women.
His daughter is fully aware her mother cheated and she is also aware her Dad wants a GF from a different culture.
It made no difference, the daughter is not backing down on her position.Jealousy or Control springs to mind.
