The point is whether the 100's of "foreign fighters" are still citizens of their countries of origin, or not. If they are, it makes sense that they are returned there, and tried for what they did.
They should be tried in the countries where they committed their horrible crimes, not in the nanny states.

It has already been shown that this is simply not true. Please take the time to look at the law regarding "sin som rot"
Where it has been shown? Feel free to post a link

LOL. If there was no contract then they would not be husband and wife.
LOL. That marriage contract was made before they became husband and wife

‘They’ don’t !
Perhaps it’s a selective law which only gets invoked when they see a retard walk into the office ?
https://www.siam-legal.com/thailand-law/ownership-of-property-through-a-thai-spouse/
The problem is that foreigners are not allowed to co-own land in Thailand even with their spouse. If a Thai national is married to a foreign national, the land department will not allow the Thai national to register the property without evidence that the land was purchased by the Thai national with personal assets. This is usually in the form of a joint declaration between the foreign national and the Thai spouse. The declaration states that the Thai spouse purchase the land with their own personal funds.

I think you just answered your own question, because legally between wife and husband there can be no contracts

After consulting Mr. Google, he has come back with an array of information. However the following is probably
a good simply explanation on the issue of owning an existing house as separate from the land. Of which I note the information I have come across so far (unless you have something to the contrary) - there is nothing to suggest a Foreigner cannot own an existing house separately from the land.
https://www.samuiforsale.com/knowledge/building-real-estate-thailand.html
Good find, and I hereby stand corrected.

An existing house as far as I am aware can be owned separately and I am not aware of anything that precludes a foreigner from doing this.
Maybe you could post some source for your claims, but I doubt I have to wait for it.
First of all, the building doesn't get separately registered at the land office, so the building s always part of the land, unless the house was only build after the land transfer and the building license is in foreign name.
Unless the house which has a building license in foreign name is specified in the sales contract as being sold sold separately to another foreigner, it automatically becomes part of the land at the time of transfer and thereby Thai owned
If such a transaction is intended, the sale has also to be publicly announced at the Amphur office for 30 days before the land transfer can be done.
When a building license is in Thai name it can not change name afterwards

A house can be owned by a foreigner it is only the land upon which the house sits upon cannot be owned by a foreigner!
A house can be owned by a foreigner if it is a new build and the building license is issued in the foreigners name.
A existing house can not be registered in a foreigners name when it was previously owned

I'm not married so I don't know, but I thought I had read a few times here already that when a Thai is married to a foreign spouse, the foreigner has to sign a document at the land office that states it is not his money.
If that is correct, making such a contract would be a good way to criminalize yourself.
I've paid for 3 houses, recorded at LTO in name of Thai son and 1 condo in my name, never ever heard of the foreigner has to sign a document at the land office that states it is not his money.
I would guess that is because you're not the foreign spouse of your Thai son.
Maybe next time read my post before responding

I think that you will find most of the 'low price' systems are based upon the Sony 'bullet' camera and these are made in China and sold under a whole variety of names.
What you need to look for is a kit that contains 1080 HD WiFi cameras for best picture resolution. Most of the CCTV kits come with either 4 or 6 cameras and you may be able to choose between 1 or 2 TB hard disc drive for recording.
The attached link will take you to the Aliexpress web pages for WiFi CCTV kits. Most offer free shipping to Thailand which depending upon method may take a few days to a few weeks.
Hope this helps with your search.
Why are you so hesitant to post a link to the "quality product" you purchases at 6400 Baht?
Wait I'll do it for you.
https://www.worldtech.asia/product/worldtech-cctv-set-m-wifi-kit-2-megapixel/
Oh wait, that is a complete different price, doesn't even has a hard drive of any size included, looks like the biggest pile of crap, and surprisingly is not available.
Did you test your figures about recording 21 days with 8 Full HD cameras on a 1Tb drive. A full HD stream needs 1.5Gb for an hour, which means your 8 cameras would need 6Tb for 21 days.

Tell us, did you buy it longer than 1 week ago, or did you even buy it at all?

In many rural areas the fiber connection is only to the nearest microwave link, and depending on how many subscribers that shared link just gets overloaded. Where you live is as important as which ISP you pick.
Isn't any credible ISP supposed NOT to overload their connections, and provide a reliable service to their customers?

Looks like toll plazas not done until 2020. Seems sort of strange to complete everything else, but TIT.
Why you would construct a toll plaza wheen the highway isn't completed?

Luckily however, the man’s bank were understanding and agreed the transaction was suspicious. They flagged it as fraudulent, triggering an instant insurance claim, and refunded the full amount to his account.

Fortunately no one was hurt as the Toyota driver managed to maintain control and avoid a collision.
I see similar situations at least 3 times a day for the past 20 years, some of them not ending this well, but the Toyota driver was very lucky as he goes in the upcoming traffic lane.
This could have made it far worse than if he had hit the car blocking him.

the survey found that 48.46 per cent ranked election uncertainty as their top worry, saying they were afraid it might not happen at all.
Their concerns are completely unfounded, as of course elections will happen..............only not sure if it will be in their lifetime.

@janclaes47 I suppose I can forgive them for the language barrier, but how is that equipment itself?
No further comments as you seem totally miss the point of my post.
In my opinion someone who is familiar with those brands doesn't make those mistakes. Do you want your pool build by someone who doesn't have extensive experience in pool building?

@janclaes47Thank you for your feedback on the equipment. Can you explain a bit more about the problems with Astron pumps and Harvard filters and suggest another brand that will be better please? We are doing a salt water pool.
They are called Astral and Hayward.
I know English is not there native language, but a professional pool builder doesn't make those mistakes anymore, only someone who isn't familiar with equipment brands

Perhaps you have not used speedtest.net recently but they have option to use either multi or single thread. Believe most of use download multi thread or multi items in real life so in fact it is quite reliable in that case using multi.
No i didn't use that site for long time, because multi thread is not reliable, and will never be because do you know in advance how many threads you gonna get on your next download?
It is like a cyclist doing a speed test on a downhill, unless you consider that also a reliable result

What should I be looking for here?
The reputation of your pool builder and his prior work.
32 minutes ago, JakeR said:I already know I can get the LED lights for half that price on Lazada!
Of course you probably can get them at a third of the price somewhere, but not all LED lights are equal, same as not all cars or motorbikes or whatever are equal
32 minutes ago, JakeR said:Other tips?
Yes look for another builder, because one that install Astron pumps and Harvard filters, is clearly not familiar with pool building.

Actually the best possible test is real-life itself, and not a test at all.
Care to explain how you do that?
You can connect to a stream and it either play or doesn't play properly, but in the latter case it doesn't tell you if the issue is at the upload source or at the receiver end, or the ISP throttling the stream with ( DPI )Deep packet inspection. DPI does not affect speed tests.
By doing a speed test which uses a single connection, you know if your speed is sufficient, and at least know if the problem is at your end or not.

Lop, can you provide some details on these remote units? What are they xalled/what do they look like etc. I have fiber optic with router connected to the line (see below) and if possible would like range to reach worker's house next door. Currently the singnal there is very weak.
Sent from my SM-J701F using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app
Looks like your router is hidden behind some furniture.
Moving your router and placing it as high as possible, or closer to a window, may improve the signal already significantly.
You also don't mention the distance to the workers house
