That would probably be good news. As far as I know the current interior minister has not signed any new citizenship applications except for those women that were already in the pipeline from the previous administration. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I did mine in Chiang Mai I think every province can accept citizenship applications and do the MOI interviews. Not that they're all well prepare to handle it, but The officers in Chiang Mai we're very professional.

As a PR I sang the national and royal anthems. Application was approved by the ministry of interior in Chiang Mai and sent to Bangkok for final approval. But nothing since about 3 years. From what I understand it still has to be approved by the big committee.

My moi interview was in 2022. Also it seems like the minister of interior is not approving any new applications.
