I think we need more festivals from May to November.  That is a low spot.  After that there is Christmas, New Years, Halloween, Loi Kratong and Songkran almost back to back.

Indians have holi festival but that is only one thing in a whole year.

Cairo has Eid.  This is like lots of fireworks and music.

Rio has the street carnival but the rest of the year is empty.

I think Thailand wins with the fun most fun calendar.

The UK and USA is only fun for the rich.  The poor dread buying presents, do overtime and sit at home watching tv.
