Nah ... you go to the NHS and you give Nat Ins number then that’s it ... also your last GP has your records as well 

Back home to the NHS for him methinks ... Nobody helped me when living on 30 baht a day ... Why ... coz I didn’t ask .... gofundyourself ... I scraped for my insurance

100% do NOT give them your passport  and Swimman is right... Its a lot easier than you think to get things sorted in the Thai labour office... Name and shame the company
