  1. I could relate to that if seeing another foreigner was a novelty. But when they are a dime a dozen it seems like going overboard to me. Reminds me of back in the US when I used to drive an old International Scout, a bit of a novelty. Anybody else driving a Scout always waved to me. My second vehicle was a motorcycle, and 90% of other motorcycle riders would wave, getting on my nerves after a while. Interestingly (not really), when driving my Scout no motorcyclists ever waved. When riding my bike, no Scout drivers ever waved.
  2. I don't think I'd eat there. I've seen where some of the utensils have been.
  3. I won't eat from food stalls on a busy street if the food is not covered and there's a constant cloud of dust in the air from hundreds of cars passing by.
