IMHO you can't display TM30s done on the "old" system using the "new" system. Why would you want to? It's only the last report that counts. The same happened when they re-vamped the online TM47 90 day report system. Who cares about "old" reports?

IMHO the "old" reports are still valid.

The section app still shows my previous TM30 reports, but not the one I did this morning using the new website. Similarly, the new website does not show TM30 reports that were done using the "old" website/app. IMHO section38 app is not compatible with the new TM30 system.

2 of the documents I uploaded were PDFs and the other was a JPEG. Perhaps the docs you tried to upload were above the 2MB per document stipulation.

Did you click on the link in the email to validate your email address? You need to do that to get the next mail with your username/password

When you run a search, have you "ticked" the house box on the left. That caught me out at first.

I can't find a way to delete a notification, so it looks like that feature has gone.

When you select house/condominium on the LHS the blue book & ID are displayed (in Thai) below. You can add your own extra documents. I also uploaded my passport ID page. I ignored Business license & letter of authority.

I entered all my details (including address) in English using the Popup menus.

I uploaded Mrs MD's ID card, blue house book and my passport ID page. I got an auto-generated email to confirm my email address and once I did that I was sent and email with userid & password. Took about 30 minutes to get the "approved" email with userid & password.

Is this the username you have entered previously when trying to register? If yes, I would select yes to override. Have you received any emails from immigration with username, password etc?

Update: Brave browser does work! I was having a senior moment at the time.
