Again, if you are staying at your girlfriend's property, how does she know that she has to submit a TM30 to immigration? She probably hasn't even heard of a TM30.

Is it really necessary to go to immigration and fill out a TM30 when returning to Thailand? The TM6 we fill out when entering includes an address in Thailand.
Exactly

If say you are on a retirement extension and residing at your girlfriend's townhouse, how does she know that she has to submit a TM30 to immigration?
Furthermore, again let's say, you are on your initial retirement extension and you will not need to report your address every 90 days as you will not be in the Kingdom for that length of time.
If it's the owners' responsibility, he or she most probably don't even know what a TM30 is.

I don't know if this has been covered before.
I am currently on a multiple non-immigrant O visa (married to a Thai) obtained from Savannakhet which expires on 12 Dec this year.
I know that I am able to obtain a further 90 days entry before the visa expires, i.e. this will bring me up to March 2018 but my intention is to obtain a further Non-imm O visa from Savan on 04 December just before my old visa expires.
My question is, will Savannakhet reject my application on the grounds that I can get a further 90 days entry into Thailand or will they issue a new one?
