The man is quite obviously mentally ill. He needs to be put in a hospital until he can be cleared to fly home. Cost to be covered as a good will gesture by the Thais. All the money they take from us justifies the little it would cost to sort this guy out. Karma and all that.

I agree with the above but, as far as I know, manning levels are based upon the size of the Amphur. The police manning levels are worked out in the same way.

No. There are bicycle lanes in Thailand and they're coloured blue. And some are coloured red. Cars and motorcycles are not allowed to use those lanes. And are they are not allowed to be parked in/on.

No it is not a MC lane. A blue lane in Thailand is for bicycles only.

All I can say is if I use a VPN from in the US, UK, Netherlands, or Singapore then my internet speed drops dramatically. they are free VPN's. Disconnect the VPN and my speed goes back up. I know nothing. I'm just a messenger.

If you are using a VPN then it will affect your speed considerably.

How come the pick-up was in the 'wrong lane' when in your first sentence 'No one was driving the wrong way'?
