You understand incorrectly. Burn off in March? Isaan is in the wet season buddy not much burning going on. Mostly happens after the wet season and doesn't effect Isaan that badly perhaps you are confusing Chiang Mai with Isaan? Further to that I never get these posts, here's an idea why don't you go somewhere you would like to go and if it's no good go somewhere else. Instead of someone having to tell you where to go. Isaan is a big place and quite easily accessible for the most part, being 2018 and all. Also Phitsanulok isn't in Isaan.

This is just ridiculous. Of course alcohol and nicotine are drugs.
It can be harmful, but not necessarily so. That said, all drugs have side effects.
Correct.
Yes "legal" killer drugs. Millions dead.
But humans are stupid.

Thai taxi prices are quite cheap compared to some of our home countries; are they not? Seems to me I took a taxi from Harrod's to Heathrow about 25 years ago, about 30 minutes as I recall, and it was more like 20 pounds than 20 dollars.
People like whining.

Another one that doesn't understand punctuation burning off in March?: Not so much this isn't Chiang Mai.
Isaan is in the wet season buddy.: we currently are in June nearly July which is the wet season. Fycks sake maybe I should have made separate paragraphs I thought most people would understand that this currently isn't March. That was nearly 4 months ago and no there isn't that much burning off in Isaan. Your posts are as confused as you are. So enjoy North East, Central, North West, not Isaan on your holiday sounds fun.
He's going in March. U claimed it was wet lol

But dealers make the addicts, they try and encourage people to take drugs and become addicted, that's how they make their money.

Dumbells are what you need.
Farmers walk and dumbell rows beat rowing. Rowing can get boring and they take up a lot of space.
Given your height and weight you don't have much muscle and weights will help you more.

I am making good progress [using 5 3 1] on squats, and satisfactory progress on bench; however, dead lift progress has been poor - at best. Consequently, I tried pyramiding the DL (Which some posters had recommended), and I was amazed by the results. The last double and single were 8 -10 percent higher than what I had achieved with 5 3 1. Also, I has no DOMS the next day.
Thanks for the good advice.
Cheers.
It would be warming up your back muscles more and increasing blood flow with more reps.

Not much time there but if you were paying for my trip, I'd fly to Ubon, hire a car and go stay at Tohsang Khongjiam Resort and sightsee that area.

genius doesn't refer only to intellect. only an idiot would think it does.
Genius refers to the brain not muscles. Only an idiot would think otherwise and dribbling a football well doesn't require much thought.

Its a failure to accept his genius. Its the failure to accept that they all cheat, not just him, and still do. Its a failure to acknowledge that his second goal should have never been possible because he should have been taken out but the England midfield just just stood off him. Hence they hate him. Yes, he's completely mental, but he's a genius of a player and anyone who doesn't accept this is an idiot.
Playing sport well doesn't make one intelligent. Only an idiot would think it does.
