Great parent. Gold star for you

    This is unbelievable.

    17 yo

    First time to Thailand

    Riding a motorbike

    At night

    Wet – rainy weather

    At speed

Alcohol / drugs – more than likely

What a waste, the eldest sibling. Someone here needs to be accountable, the mother, the boss.

At that age you need a full-time guardian, thank god my parents loved me enough to never allow me to be put in that situation - I wouldn’t be around today.

He said he was sorry to the cops and claimed that he didn't know it was illegal for a child not to wear a helmet.

wow, this guy is not educated, he probably thinks all of his riding skills are not illegal - riding DUI, wrong side of the road, not stopping for red light etc.

Who doesn't know that it is illegal not to wear a helmet?

I'm sure the 3-year-old knows better.

And at the present time ?????

We have a police state that works, considering the lack of effort by the BIB. yes, they have a bell that rings on the hour to keep them alert but their system works.

you reckon things are bad now..... if they stop the chases all hell will break out.

Bike was probably going too fast, should have approached a potential U-turner with care. In a lot of accidents both are at fault

    probably

    Probably.

    Where you there?

How do you know it was going to fast?

Maybe they were going at a normal legal speed minding their own business.

Maybe the motorbike was travelling at 130km/h or faster.

This is the problem, these guys buy these bikes and all of a sudden they think they're on the race track.

Travelling too fast through intersections = ACCIDENT

The two above quotes are your typical non motorcyclist/car driver only quotes of assuming the motorcycle is always at fault and the car driver (doing a u turn) is fault free.

Hey mate, what’s with the hostility?

I’ve been riding bikes over of 1000cc since 2008 here in Thailand.

If you are a foreigner and ride on the Thai roads you must see these idiots, mostly on their small Ninjas, riding around on various bikes, even some larger bikes, racing in between cars at speed.

I’m very annoyed with their riding attitude, I’m amazed, you of all people – a biker, not noticing this irresponsible riding attitude.

BTW, what's with the "were you there"?

I'm bouncing it back, who are you to say I'm a non-motorcyclist, with statements like that you lose your credibility, chill mate, be cool, you are a biker. see you at the Burapa bike week.

Spotty Oik Kid in a  Fiesta Boat Anchor isnt exactly the Bonny n Clyde of Crime

No, but he could be the Godfather of the Thai mafia.

You're going to get collateral damage enforcing the law at times.

we will end up with a Lawless state if we stop the chases.

Do You think they should be Stopped. Are the Risks to high.?.

These chases, the police are chasing the bad guys, really bad people.

If you stop the chases it will send the wrong signal, giving the green light for all these bad people to speed off and get away.

Can you guys get a life and stop annoying everyone.

    Negative crypto, why?

Are you disappointed you never got in when things were LOW and now its too late to make a Buck?

Can you stick with the life you have and stop worrying about others?

If you can't fly and jump off of the 33rd floor you are going to go splat.  If that sounds negative to you, that is you, not the jump or the 33rd floor.

As a means of speculation, BTC-USD could hit $100,000 this year or in the next decade.  It could also hit $100.  Means nothing to me.

And are you disappointed you never got out when BTC-USD was $13,000?

    The post heading is

    “Withdrawing Bitcoin in Thailand”

Yes, I get annoyed when members have nothing better to do than comment OFF Topic and negative.

I disagree, I have read that the children and grandmother share the inheritance.

The spouse (not married) gets nothing.

Please keep also the following in mind:
    - surveillance camera's are increasing status...
    - it means you have valuable things in your house (simply put: you are rich, and therefor worthwhile to rob)
    - Are you living in a 'robbing' area?
    - Do you really believe the police is going to catch a hooded thief from a vague picture at best?

Maybe it is better to invest that money in better locks and such...

That was my wife's reaction to the idea of adding a couple of security cameras, it just makes the house look more like a promising target, better to spend the money on making sure they can't get in.

I’m as poor as they come, but for a small price, I can give the bad guy an option.

He may see the camera and think how many more cameras has he, best I go to the next house.

  11. PKCP.

This condo is a high rise with great views.

Is well maintained, good facilities, close to transport, positioned just behind Big C Extra.

The location next to large shopping centre is a big positive.
