The free viewer IrfanView has a decent side by side compression plugin which allow you to view results. Some images will compress more than others without too much visible loss so its good have a side by side comparison.

Yes but the number of records in the database is not so important. A site with only 100 posts could quite easily fall over if too many people were trying to read them or the the system had a bug. The thaivisa server clearly shows it can handle its load during consistent time periods.

Its the number and complexity of calls made to the database thats most important.

My thoughts too but theres also a lot of script api calls, cache system and the use of cloudflare to consider. The possible list is endless. Also got to consider how much customization has taken place.

Why is it obvious they are not paying for a decent enough server? Most of the ad content comes from other servers.

Personally i waited for the red and seemed to pass but they didn't tell people what to do. Maybe they did in Thai but didn't bother in English

 

I guess you made the right choice because it appears red comes on before green goes out.

How do you know the OP's septic tank is independent to his smelly drain with showers and sinks connected to a street drain. There is no standard and not everyone has access to street drains.

Village houses often send everything from kitchen and bathroom to septic tanks then send a second leach tank overflow to the street. Our house and work buildings leach everything to the land nothing goes to the street.

Some areas have rules governing what goes to the street. My wife has rooms for rent that cant sent anything except storm water directly into street without passing through some treatment.

Anything goes with Thai plumbing. Always be prepared for the worst.

From a recent post with info that suggests no chlorine based products in septic tanks.

But whats wrong with the script used here Invsion Community. It handles some huge forums without problems.

What type of grass cutter is it brush cutter lawn mower ?  

GX35 motors can suffer from tired carburetor reed valves and the and the symptom is cutting out after warm up. 

If its like the Hilux turning the temp control down fully will release the compressor clutch and the AC stops working.

Check clutch and controller are operating correctly.
