That is an international driving permit, it accompanies your home country license as a translation document.
There is no such thing as an international driving license.
Peter perfect ,International driving permit is also commonly called an International driving license , so therefore the terminology means same to most educated or if not educated lol

Nakhon Sawan were vaccinating expats during October. Vaccination site was Big C 2. It seems you have been missed out.
- If you are having trouble registering for a Covid-19 vaccination please contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) at [email protected]. If you successfully registered for a vaccine via the MFA website but have received an email stating your application has been declined, call the MFA on +66 (0) 2572 8442
Failing that, you can book Moderna jabs at Paknampo Hospital here:

Ok Thanks

I'm a 70 yo Australian age pensioner with medical conditions, I originally registered on Intervac site before it was closed down , then I registered on expacvac site they confirmed my registration but till now haven't received an appointment for vaccine, I keep reading that elderly will first in line to receive a vaccine, but that statement has become a joke in my eyes, what are my alternatives or do I just wait forever

I would get a bit more ' firm ' with them without losing your temper and point out its been 10 weeks and ask them is there any more information you can provide that will assist them. I would also state that 10 weeks is a long time to be waiting for investigations to be concluded and you could do with the funds! I would ' lay it on a bit thick ' to them ( short of money, sticky situation),. That's what I did.
When I asked my Cambodian bank for proof they had contacted the SCB bank and reference numbers, they sent me copies of emails. I then used the contacts at SCB bank they had written to and contacted the SCB bank direct. It's not how they like it, but I got my result.
Jesus, its only a few clicks on a computer to compare notes and check a computer log we are asking them to do, we are not asking them perform heart surgery!
Best of luck, it's bloody annoying when on the receiving
I finally after 12 weeks of getting dicked around by Westpac put a official complaint to Australian Financial Complaint Authority within 3 days I got contacted by Westpac full of apologies, the offered my money to be returned as well as a goodwill offer of $500 Aus , so all ended well as I received money in my account today

Fortunately not me. But remember reading about such mishap.
Contact the ATM operating bank ASAP.
Do that then they'll tell you that your card bank needs to follow up on your behalf

Krungsri Bank ATMs allow only up to 30,000 baht (the most of any Thai ATM) per withdrawal and charges 200 baht if you are using a foreign ATM card.
Well good in a perfect world if you live in populated area 70km drive to do that's then 70 km drive to get home to rural remote village

I can help, or at least answer you with this as I am currently going through it.
I withdrew 20,000 baht on my Cambodian card at an ATM operated by SCB bank. It came up ' communications error ' When I got home I checked online and the cash had been debited and I had nothing to show for it.
I returned immediately and went in to SCB bank who telephoned Bangkok and I spoke to a lady there from Head office.
I had to return to the machine which had a four digit number on the outside and gave it to her after taking a photo of said machine which I forwarded through my phone. I then gave her my card details and the time approximately.
I wrote this details down as she informed me it would be a bank to bank discussion to sort it out. She told me to report it to my own bank in Cambodia which I have done.
I have since provided all the details to my Cambodian bank who are dealing with SCB direct. This occurred on August 17th and still not resolved.
The reason for this is I used a foreign card and not a local card for the ATM withdrawal. She said they could resolve local transactions fairly speedily but foreign bank cards there is a different procedures to follow.
Ok thanks yes identical situation I've done all that as well through Westpac bank,ATM was Bangkok bank ,happened on 19th July still waiting for it to be resolved

Still trying to get my money back but at this stage Westpac bank customer service agents , in my opinion been very incompetent, but very good at giving standard replies , such as thank you for your patience & very sorry about your Circumstances

Yes it happened to me once. It was the machine that malfunctioned, not the card.
I went into the bank the next day and they raised a ticket. The money was returned to my account within a few days. It was a Thai bank account, though, not a foreign one.
My card didn't malfunction, ATM didn't dispense cash but my account via debit card was debited

anybody ever had problems withdrawing money from Thai bank ATM , but machine not dispense cash but Debit card or travel card money gets taken from your account back overseas ie Australia
Convert international driving license into a Thai driving license
in Thailand Motor Discussion
Posted
Try getting Thai police to recite your Australian drivers license then means nothing in Thailand lol ,
