Lol, I'm just disabled and the only joy I find is reading and replying on Asean Now. I sleep very little, mostly in the late morning, 2-3 hours. I'm sorry if that bothers you....

I go to a 3 star hotel/condo and pay 800 baht/month. It's got weight machines, free weights, treadmills, cycle machines and even a sauna and steam room and of course showers. The machines and weights are not the top of the line but they do what I need them to do. There is usually nobody in the gym, sometimes a cleaning lady, once in a blue moon a tourist. The regulars usually come at night.....

I used to eat a S.A.D (perfect acronym: Standard American Diet) and I was always have stomach problems and got sick from one thing or another. I quit fast food, sodas, refined sugar and flour products, all processed foods, started cooking all my meals, started eating whole foods, organic fruits and vegetable as much as possible, drank 12 glasses of water and all my ailments went away....

I bet there are lots of others that feel the same way as you. Have you considered started a club that bans vaping? If you are spending millions of baht year, it's totally doable....
