A lockdown is a lockdown is a lockdown. Stop trying to play with semantics and do something for the workers of this city. I gather that you were able to pad your little army with another 67,000 fresh recruits so I understand you do have plenty of money. Your people are hungry and dying and farang appear to be some of many who are trying to do something about it.

If they deny, it must be true.

The College of Physicians don't seem to recall that for the last quarter of a century, that I remember, all was kept more or less clean with the occasional drainage of raw sewage in the seas. Everyone except farang showered and now, all of a sudden, there is a deluge. What more can be done? You wash your hands (basic hygiene) and keep your surroundings clean. NO mention of Dengue this year? It has gone away? What about bacterial infections due to unclean water? it has gone away? Malaria was never a critical issue but what about now? Smog and particulate matter that simply clouded Chiang Mai and Bangkok- not such a big problem these days. It's ignored. The winds will blow it somewhere. You lose more people everyday owing to road injuries and road kills. Many, many, many more than your little flu my dear College of Physicians. Please give us your complete list of what to do and what not to do!

If I remember correctly, a few months ago, the vast majority wanted foreigner to stay away from Thailand, now it's the vast majority who want tourists to come back I'm assuming foreign tourists. Who did they poll, the foreign community or "tourists anonymous"? In event, I can understand. Commerce is commerce and money knows no boundaries, ethnicities and whether you wash or bathe, 2,3, 5, or 10 times a day. Still, I suspect that a fair amount of damage has been done but people forget quickly - promise them a cold beer like they do in the USA if you are willing to get jabbed.

Everyone wants to be on records as having said something and being called a "guru" when I suspect, they hardly know what's a stake. Tunnel vision.

Anything negative in this article. I still cannot connect alcohol with viruses. I always thought the former killed the latter. I guess the 7/11s and the big box stores are simply making too much money for the little pub owners which remain and they want it all. The advice being given to the "Czar" is dubious.

The Czar has spoken. By the way, those bashing Sinovac and thinking their salvation is in Astra or Pfif or even Moderna, count your clots.

I want a matching set, same colour and I want a red star on my lapel, the size of the star to be proportional to my garment. Finally, on a clear messsage and va fanculo and your bubbles and assine <deleted> holes. We don't need your sand that will be full of seagull <deleted> and bird frass.

This is not the issue. Most elderly people have sufficient funds to cover mostly reasonable medical expense. It's a soft lure but once you are in, there is a plethora of do' and don't' that will not make anyone happy. I'm not convinced. Sorreeeee.

He has a good job and he's eating well while others are not. I've notice that the four or five "gurus" take turn just as a government initiative is about to go live. This stinks.

Is this a watered down version of the posting which was scrubbed early this AM?

Things are tough. A lot of people are suffering. What to do?
-
Oh my, or else!!! Sounds nasty.

What exactly is Anutin responsible for? Anything, now that we have a "czar" -just saying.

It's not a question of planning, it's a question of the leftovers in other countries and expiry dates of what is on the shelves before a lot mysteriously appears. They are bribing school children with ice cream in Canada if they take the jab and in America, it's free beer, joints, lottery tickets and own-a-stripper. Best own up and do some reading on spike proteins.

The Chinese middle class have the money now. They have plenty of it. They will gladly come into Thailand and pay. This is nothing new. The shift in economy parity has gone to China and Asia. Maybe those posting here are not aware of this or have forgotten.

TAT is always fun to read. The logic is not too far off, people coming in to live here with money, rent, buy cars, buy clothes, hire drivers, maids, computer geeks.....there is a flow down of money from food and restaurants - Thai food. But before this is approved, I will be an old dude on IV. There is a young workforce, bright and willing to work. They are creative and energetic. You should give them the priority.

I believe Bangkok is currently under sea water level. 25 meters BSL is a mining shaft for coal.

What test are they using when deciphering all these new daily cases? If it is the PCR test, how can we take them seriously. We all know the PCR test by now.
-
I had tried to register a week or so ago and was told everything was closed down. I do wish they would make up their minds and enhance planning. I'm not flogging my horse to get to the front gate. In fact I'm giving my horse a rest but I do wish we would get a clear message.

My understanding is that you will have either the killer AZ or the Chinese jab. Relieved?
-
Well, shucks, here we are with hopium at hand. Mind you those blood clots are awfully frightening.

Well if the "Czar" and his well heeled minister say they have a plan, gosh darn, yah just gotta believe. BELIEVE!!
