I hope Biden decides to not run, but I think Trump loses no matter what. Without compulsory voting, some voters need a good reason to go to the polls. Voting against Trump is compelling.

Yes it needs mobile data not wifi, but it could be from any sim card. How can the app know if the mobile data is from the registered sim number. It doesnt seem possible (havent tested it).

 

I what you wrote in your original post is not 100% correct you might be wise to delete or at least edit it.

When I bought from Apple in the US, using their free monthly payment system, they charged the full amount of sales tax up front, and the receipt shows it. If they do the same for VAT in Thailand then the monthly payments won't enter into it.

Where are you coming from? It's likely that there are better options elsewhere. For example, I had two dental implants and a bridge done in Costa Rica. First rate work and less than in Thailand.
