Chinese for sure. Been there seen it, filthy place, even the toilets had no water, child trousers with a flap on the front, squat 'em down, take a dump on a footpath, maybe on a bit of cardboard. unlike India water was everywhere almost every restaurant had a sink outside, every toilet had water. and that was 30yrs ago.

I always keep mine until the final stamp but in 5yrs they have never asked to see the bank book again, but once on their home visit years ago I was asked to show my bank book, I was not happy about that, it was one officer who used to come, very hot day he ordered me to put a shirt on, then he walked around the house with his shoes on!, I never saw that toss pot again thank god.
