And what if humans were less idiots and were giving just few baht each to sterilize all dogs in this country ?

Think this is about soi dogs without owners. In my area once a year at the local clinic no less, it is free for cats and dogs, but idiots still can't be 'bovered. The best control I have seen in Thailand on a beach was, dogs shot with dart gun marksman in camouflage (think park ranger), dragged into the shade, vet in white coat following behind, cut their nuts out and then moved on to the next dog.

  2. Always DL, I only carry my passport if driving say 2hrs + away from home, in case of some emergency, only legal insurance required, is paid for on road tax, private insurance help line number, car book only for going to re-new tax, I got stopped and fined once for not displaying tax disc, and once for it out of date, my bad, but the cops have never asked to see the book. never.

  3. Try complaining to a dog shelter about the noise, see where that gets you, even though you were there before the shelter. My suggestions: Stop thinking about dogs first. Why take on more than you knew you had staff for. Your shelter is over crowded, accommodation was for 300 dogs now 1,000., In 5 years you have not reduced the amount of dogs needing shelter, but increased it. Time to start putting soi dogs down.

When my wife and I got married a few years back, the first district office we approached was insistent that we had to hire a TH-EN translator (even though my TH wife is fluent in English) AND bring along two separate witnesses (and they wouldn't budge off that).  So we ended up checking around and going to a different district office that required none of the above.

Is there such a thing as an official TH-EN translator?  Took a Thai friend who spoke english well There is a very good reason to have a 'translator' on hand to explain what you are signing for,  not your intended otherwise you might get wrong info.  ????A couple of my wife's friends as witnesses.

Sounds like a normal day at immigration for most, congratulations, watch out for any annual changes though as they do sneak up on you so be prepared with extra documents as has been my experience basically every year at Sakon Nakhon. ????

    ????

That is why I apply one month before and am prepared to keep money in the bank for at least 3 months before application.

#14 on their list iscopy2.jpg.d6e0cee7b9409df43cae16e82c458c0a.jpg always my favorite
