Firstly you have no insurance, secondly when/if you do pay road tax it will be backdated, after 3 yrs your Reg plate will be cancelled, if anyone wants to tax it again it will have to be re-registered with a new number and book. Just pay the fine at almost any bank + 20b bank fee. What's the fine 500b ?
