I think the forum rules changed, so I decided to post some general info about what's going on on my side. Being a volunteer squad leader started from the legendary Bahmut defence and so on. This will be my last duty because of my personal reasons. The 3rd Separate assault brigade changed its name. It's just because of the reforms in ukranian army which we are very happy about. If you remember i was posting and complaining about the communication problems and also very bad high ranking officers who are trained in russian way. We were also having problems with traitors in ukranian commanders. First time I'm with all Ukranian squad (they know I can speak russian, that's why). The 3rd Core Assault Brigade foreign legion is mostly spanish speakers from colombia and likewise. I saw probably around 100 people, and getting more from other brigades and from spanish speaking countries. They are mostly looking for spanish speakers at the moment. So i must say I'm totally in different unit from them. I saw and talked with them only 2 times. So i am totally in different situation here because I can speak russian and I have a great experience in this war and before it. So they decided to use me in this way and they add me to ukranian team. I do believe their duty place is also very different from mine. I want to explain something about what separate unit means. It means a unit can move where it is needed. it is a strategic move. it is fast and effective for quick responds or combats. storm means these units are to move where needed and attack enemy trenches. We are also capable of few days of defence. So basically my unit is responsible from quick attacks get into enemy positions and gain the control of the positions and defence the place for few days where ever we needed. 25 people in my team. great people. me as the squad leader with the rank of LT (my rank in my service was captain in SAT -underwater demolition team- (it is Seal Team in the USA), and 2 ukranian sergeants (from Bahmut defence too) and the rest is newly trained ukranian lads. im the oldest 46. youngest 19. we are a great team and we all know this a team work it is not trying to be a hero. Thats why we are not talking 'I' but 'we' In this post i will post news.. updates.. likewise. As many moderators from ASEANNOW warned me about trolls, russians in this forum and some other things.. i will be very careful what im posting and will ignore their posts. I want to thank all of the moderators but especially @Social Media and admin @Rimmer

guys i dont know if its true or not.. but one of my friends told me (i will not give detail but he is in this thing so i believe him like 80%) that russia selling their dead soldiers organs in black market.. like i said i have no proof or anything but.. this is russia.. right?!

hi decided to go to Ukraine as a volunteer fighter 1 last time. being there from the legendary bahmut defence. this will be my last 1 year contract. why last.. i have my reasons.. the number one is my age and tbh i started to feel it in fight. im 46 i do believe i did my part. this will be my last. leaving for the duty in a week. i need to buy few things to go there with me.. i will try to update you guys as i did before but thin time i will be little bit more attentive with my posts. i see.. so what about that 40million baht thing? im pretty sure you get something when you pay 40mil. you can buy a land and i think you do it via BOI and BOI approves you as a investor. Then you are allowed to buy a land and do something or build something on it to make investment.. and then you build your house in this land so basically it becomes yours too..

I would like to ask if its possible? Many years ago i heard if you pay 40million baht you can own a land in your name. Is it still going on and also how big is the land? Can i use it for my home or its like investment thing? If not is there any other way? I also heard if you have a company in your name (using BOI) you can buy a land and build whatever you want in that land area.. or something like this.. Thank you

sad fact. bank are not doing or helping at all when you scammed. my friend (thai) got scammed via call center. they knew and had all of his info. obviously working with the government bank or government land deed. he bought a house and after a year call center scam called him and said he has to pay tax for the new house. well the thing is there is no such tax for new house. they told him he must accept the app they will send via line. he clicked it and magic happened. lost all of the money from his bank acc and 100k from his credit card. immediately he called the bank because he got a text massage from the bank about this. he said it was not him and he scammed. bank did nothing. didnt even give the name where the money transfer to. i cannot understand why they cannot give the name. All they said was the money transferred to UOB. when he said it was not him and asked for get the money back or take any action bank said they cannot do anything.. UOB was another joke. they didnt even listen to him. as you said they were with the scammer at all. went to police and police asked if he has any evidence. he cannot show anything because the app deleted and all chat deleted right after he clicked the app to install. so banki told him to change all of his passwords thats all. so i think banks are just trying to show they are doing something but they are totally with the scammers. i cannot understand and as usual... its not thai people bu farangs to blame doing scams or something like this

no they dont keep the originals. theya re the ones giving you the originals.. no any case they will ask to keep the originals.. maybe signed copies for the reason you applied. the only reason they will ask your original marriage certificate is when you get divorce. and if you lost it you should bring your police report.

i think banks are after people who used agency for opening acc. also i heard/read many things about banks are after scammers too. foreigner scammers. mostly from china. maybe this is also effecting things. i dont know about retirement non-o if they can open bank acc or not but yes banks ask for work permit like many many years for now. when i first arrived to thailand 20ish years ago the only bank accepted to open an acc for me was the bangkok bank (personal opinion: i hate bangkok bank for many reasons and i think its the worst bank in thailand) but they told me i cannot have ATM card and i have to come to the main HQ in bangkok if i want to withdraw money. i had bank book. i had tourist visa when this happened in my first 5-6 months before start working with thai army. i had acc & credit card with HSBC and they had a HQ at that time (dont know if they still have) they told me i can still use my acc here but i must do money movement 500K every month.. obviously it was only for business acc. my opinion again.. i think its normal that banks open acc for and immigrant visa. the rest.. no need
