they just can't help themselves dipping/creating any pot they can get their thieving hands on, if the Thai people realised how much public money (their money) ended up in deep official pockets there would be an uprising - they would of course need to understand just how much money all those zero's (billions) actually was, I think the average Thai can just about get their head around what a million baht is

Well that was enterprising of them and jolly convenient for the RTP that no Thais were involved in the production.  Guess the Burmese's "Thai friends" had not looked after the RTP well enough, or else wanted better "looking after" themselves or else, the latter coming to pass.
