From Wikipedia about Serbia: "The average annual air temperature [...] is 10.9 °C" Enjoy!
So hot money goes down well then ?

Well done Serbia.
Well done Yingluck.
Had the privilege of talking with her for about 5 minutes in 2012, and yes it was a privilege as she is the only PM whom I have spoken too. Lovely lady and extremely polite and courteous. Now how do I become a Serbian citizen ???

They were cleaning up their own back yard including arresting two Thai pimps.
Somebody else on cloud nine. When I say clean up Thais own backyard I meant this from wiki
" In Thailand, the exact number of child-prostitutes is not known, but Thailand’s Health System Research Institute reports that children in prostitution make up 40% of prostitutes in Thailand. "
Now most of that is by Thais on Thais , absolutely perverts and disgusting. So the Thai backyards are large and 2 pimps is hardly clearing up the Thai male perversion of underage sex is it ? As I said many Thais are absolute hypocrites when insinuating male foreigners are the worst when in fact 98% of sex crimes in Thailand as reported are by male Thais on Thais.

the gold shops in BKK that i know of, lock the doors when a customer enters, a good idea
But the thief stole diamonds from a diamond retailer, not gold, and at only 84,000 baht, the stores claimed value should we say, then clearly he had no clue about diamond values and choose a very downmarket diamond shop in the middle of a shopping plaza.

Have you never been to Makro? And watched them cutting fresh meat every morning? Don't they have Makro in the UK?
40 years ago they did have in the UK but what is a stupid comment like that supposed to prove ? this is about expats in Thailand leaving, not retail stores in the UK or anywhere else. However this post also discusses the cost of foodstuffs (the reason why some expats may be leaving) , but if you think a naive comment such as watching Makro staff cutting fresh meat contributes anything then carry on ? It is not fresh in the real term. Just meat that has thawed after being removed from the freezer. Go on tell me the fresh milk they sell you think they milk the cows daily too ???????? . Makro do not have any facilities in Thailand for the hanging of pork of beef carcasses in their individual stores for 10 to 14 days after slaughter. So please before attempting to post things check you facts, understand that fresh meat is just that fresh. Big C does ( but not many stores) amongst the major stores in Thailand.
But hey I am not really knocking you because without you and others how would Makro survive ?

Just type in to Google Motor Yachts for sale. Loads. You can't sell a non-existent item, now, can you?
Clearly you can not even remember your earlier post quoting dictionaries, now you suggest looking at Google ads , you for real or suffering from a debilitating memory loss. I hope neither really and that you are just trolling , so appreciate your nonsense posts and would suggest that has given many of us a good laugh but please please don't not go any further by suggesting adverts provide proof of a dictionary meaning of a yacht., as that would suggest you are bickering also.

So your previous post;

I think these dictionaries have more credibility than the one you used.
On 8/8/2019 at 2:52 AM, wendyfromoz said:dont yachts have sails and are propelled by wind?
You are unable to support by factual direct quotes rather, you use incorrect quotations. Which means that Wendyfromooz statement, rather question, was 100 % correct rather than your false quoting to suggest otherwise. However enough of this stupidity. Yachts have sails and motor boats have motors and motor yachts have both sails and motors. End off.
American bastardisation of the term yacht still does not make it correct English.

My expectation is that by the end of 2022 the picture in this news article will be little changed due to the slowdown. Saw and read so much similar in 2007. If I was a major shareholder in SCB ???????? I would be somewhat concerned at this lending policy.

1. (Nautical Terms) a vessel propelled by sail or power, used esp for pleasure cruising, racing, etc
a : a sailboat used for racingb : a large usually motor-driven craft used for pleasure cruisingAs a person that works at sea, I know that there are motor yachts. And exactly what word are you quoting the meaning off ? Nothing in your quote, (cut and pasted by the looks of it due to the changes in font ) , definitively describes it

Mon ami, my UK snooker hall sold beer and to assume a sport is just for drunkards is a little bizaar...
May I point out that darts world champion John Lowe (74) was awarded the MBE for his services to the sport...
So expats are returning to the UK from Thailand ( the subject matter ) because John Lowe has an MBE ? interesting stuff that ????????????
So by association when Lewis Hamilton is awarded his knighthood, which he surely should be, the few remaining Thai expats will be driving back to blighty rapidly ? ???????? (assuming no jealous bugger throws a dart in his tyre that is ) ????

I like CCCP. How about ANM. The army nothing men.
Or WBNTT. We bring nothing to the table.
Or LMMPST. Lets make as much money as possible in the short term?
Or TTPMNU. The welfare of the Thai people means nothing to us.
Anything but the current name, which is totally misleading, and not deserved on any level.
The last one, TTPMNU, sums them up and the controller very aptly. Despite all the corruption, ignorance and arrogance of the elite Thais, or those that think they are anyway, and there are some of those on this board, the normal Thai people are lovely friendly folk and, just like most of the world, want to be able to live a happy life as stress free as possible without abuse.
Unfortunately the utterly corrupt and contemptible Thais whose sole aim is to enrich themselves, or the other lot who tried to pretend they are better than others with a hope of getting on that gravy train, spoil this challenge for them.

Has not the birthrate in most developed countries flatlined and in many cases declining?
yes but its the Indians that are breeding like flies still. The birth rate is outstripping deaths more than 2:1. Put the amount of curry they eat into the mix and the 7% methane into the atmosphere from human flatulence is significant.
India Demographics Profile 2018Population 1,281,935,911 (July 2017 est.) Median age total: 27.9 years male: 27.2 years female: 28.6 years (2017 est.) Population growth rate 1.17% (2017 est.) Birth rate 19 births/1,000 population (2017 est.) Death rate
7.3 deaths/1,000 population (2017 est.) Do humans fart methane gas?A typical fart is composed of about 59 percent nitrogen, 21 percent hydrogen, 9 percent carbon dioxide, 7 percent methane and 4 percent oxygen. Only about one percent of a fart contains hydrogen sulfide gas and mercaptans, which contain sulfur, and the sulfur is what makes farts stink.19 Jan 2018 -

I assume you state that to dispute that you were wrong . Or else you can not be bothered to quote anything.
Let me help you, something from the Oxford English dictionary you appear to have misplaced. By the way that is not the concise edition.
"a large sailing boat, often also with an engine and a place to sleep on board, used for pleasure trips and racing a yacht club/race a motor yacht a luxury yacht "
