Well, yes, I would hope a qualified doctor would have noticed the issue's severity. But the thing is: I didn't realize the matter was important enough to go to a doctor. In fact, I almost didn't bother making that post at all. I thought people would ridicule me for worrying over a small boo-boo. It turned out they told me to get immediate medical attention.

Maybe the bike hit a curb. It's fallen over countless times. Something seems less than stable about it. I lost my kickstand recently too.

I honestly don't know for sure. I'm pretty useless at this stuff. The only thing I can say with confidence is that two Thai guys who fix bikes seemed to have a reaction to it. If I had to guess, I would say the rim bent. The bike has suffered considerable trauma.

Sorry, my cell phone camera is rather sub-optimal. The lesion, or whatever it may be, is considerably raised. Yes, I've pulled off scabs. Multiple times. It's embarrassing to admit. I sometimes do this without even realizing it. Some discharge. A little bit of blood. Maybe also some yellow discharge, as with a blister. My face has broken out before. But not as severely. And for only a matter of days. This current bout is more pronounced and, at 3 weeks now, has lasted far longer.

I don't know how to describe it, in any language. i've included a picture below. two red shapes added to show people where the issue begins and ends. two people near my village who fix bikes have pointed to it and seem to feel it's a problem. one of the two even seemed to say it was dangerous to add air to the tire when it's like this, as if the tire could blow up or something. is this true? (i wonder if something got lost in translation) do i need to buy a whole new wheel over something like this?

I've included a picture. The issue is located within the red outline. I realize there's a separate facial blemish shortly outside the red outline. It's a scar from half a lifetime ago, so not relevant to the current issue. I've had this current issue for 3 weeks now. I tried putting some pimple-fighting powder on it. Not much success. I've recently noticed that the links in my last several months of sent messages all start with "streaklinks.com" I most certainly did not include that part when I formatted those hyperlinks. Streak has decided to add that part on its own. Does anyone know why? Also, seeing as how it's now pretty obvious I'm a Streak user to anyone who reads a hyperlinked email from me ... Does having these tabs open make things any riskier (in terms of having someone steal your passwords) when you sign in to emails and other accounts in a separate tab?

if most nations are currently having trouble with inflation, shouldn't bitcoin be going up, up, up? my train of thought: paper money not doing well means people want to escape paper money. so they go into crypto, and bitcoin is the leading crypto. this makes bitcoin skyrocket in value what is wrong with my thought process here?

i assume many people in some middle-of-nowhere place, like samoa, use the internet. so does that mean there are wires connecting samoa to some major mainland countries? if yes, then i assume these wires are under water? if so, about how deep? let's pretend i'm a dictator in some developing banana republic. i don't want my people to have internet access and realize that i steal all their international aid money. can i just go to a particular power station or some such venue, unplug a cable or two and then bingo ... nobody in my country can get internet?

I have some problematic teeth I'd like to jettison. Don't want any fillings, etc. Just get 'em outta my life. So, can I just go to a Thai public hospital, point out a few unwanted teeth, and have the dentist yank away? In case it makes a difference, I'm already "in the system" at my local public hospital (received treatment for a leg infection a few months ago. must say i was impressed with the service and value. saved my leg for about 400 baht) How much would the teeth pulling cost?
