This is just a warm up folks for when they bring those songkran holidays into action in July. I have to agree I have been here nearly 6 years and not once have I seen the highway patrol car pull somebody over to book them. All I can put that down to is that thais are safe great drivers and never break the rules. I assume I am perfectly correct by saying this?????
