They have invested some serious money around Rawai, They took over half the beach front and inside they own Rawai water park and a kids play center, school that is full of Russians kids and a moo baan that seems to be all Russians, I almost forgot a Language school, Take a look at our new mini shopping mall with a Starbucks, Tops supermarket, soon to have an English style pub and many condo's and more villas, You need to start learning Russian,

Maintenance is not high on the list of things to do with Thai's, the chances of them street machines getting clean are slim to none, along my usual route around my area there is a few, I have never seen a one of them being cleaned, plus they are connected to the city water from what I can see, if not then they would be connected to a well pump, god forbid if they are some of the ground water here is terrible, We now have 2 Makro's in the area I buy their brand of bottle water, I don't even know how much is it's that cheap,

I just read a post on FB about a guy who had some damage to his rented condo, wanting to know where he stands, the landlord a Thai is not interested, I dont think the tenant wants to live there, now obviously the apartment is not in a condition he wants to live in, I think there will be a lot of that going on,
