When I arrive back in Thailand I put my address on the arrival card. That's all you need for the next 90 days.
TM6 has nothing to do with TM30

The OP said he stays in his own condo. He has to do a TM30 within 24 hours or on his next extension at CW he will be fined. I know this for fact and was just there this morning. I own my own condo as well and fined for not reporting myself and my family that stay with me.
It was bad advice (above)
A few years ago they started the TM30 enforcement in CM. I don't do 90 day reports or extensions, so I never had a reason to go to CM immigration but I went in anyway. I got fined, so did just about every other alien in CM, even tourist extending 30 day visa exempts!
They needed money for a new Imm building but it would have been nice to give a 3 month grace period for fines but whatever!
The best reason to get legal with TM30 is not the small fine, but IF they increase it later or some IO uses the offense as a reason to fleece you or deny a FUTURE extension or request.

Last week I suggested a pause to TM30 threads better contact your LOCAL immigration office to determine their requirements. Nobody listened it got worse. What you have done here is contribute to the half truths and confusion.
- Your first paragraph is written as if every Alien has a Thai landlord. Not true. Many members own their own condominium units.
- TM30 has nothing to do with TM28
- Nothing in standard rental contracts permits you to deduct anything from monthly rent, be it required repairs or failure for the Landlord to comply with TM30. Suggesting otherwise is very bad advice as it puts the renter in MATERIAL BREACH OF CONTRACT under Thai law.

Or the equivalent, "mai mee", followed by offering another distantly related object. This story was not intended to be factual I think its funny for shopkeepers to offer something different instead but they can't just seem to say no directly. Happened many times.
Recently I wanted a USB-type C adapter for my chromebook. Must have went to 6 shops in Chiangmai all proffered other adapter standards in exchange AS IF that would be of use.
If you think Thai people don't say "no hab", mai mee, or "up to you" you don't really live in Thailand.

The eTM6 app is of questionable usefulness? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=th.go.immigration.etm6
The TM30 app does require registration and approval, which can take up to six + weeks. It offers similar capapbilities as the online (hotel) system. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=th.go.immigration.section38
The TM47 app seems pretty solid, but has similar limitations (new passport, int'l re-rentry) to the long-available online system. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=th.go.immigration.immeService
The apps are OK, but still need a lot of work, IMO.
Unbelievable. 3 teenagers at a coffee shop could code an address reporting app in an afternoon, in MULTIPLE languages.

Thai Hardware store.
First surrounded by 10 people
Do you have a screwdriver? "No hab, here is a hammer".
No thanks, so When are you getting more screwdrivers? "Two week"
Next day dozens on display.

Enough Perhaps with the TM30 topics?
Repetitive now day after day.
And always a knowledgeable member will mention one has to contact your LOCAL IMMIGRATION office to determine their requirements. Still the posts go on page after page of complaining, open disrespect of Thai law, and silly pontification. Perhaps a TM30 topic pinned in each local section would be better? Just an idea.

I'm pretty sure that IO's aren't completely clear on this either.
On my return from a two week trip within Thailand this week, staying at four different hotels in three different provinces, I presented myself to my local immigration office, where I was told I didn't need to report as I hadn't left the country, a mate of mine went to the same office yesterday, probably a different IO, and was advised that he needs to "check in" if he visits another province for 24 hours or more.
If IO's in one small office can give conflicting advice, how on earth are we supposed to get it right?
When they started TM 30 enforcement a few years ago in Chiang Mai I was given this conflicting information by two officers at the same desk. When asked for clarification after my 1600 baht fine was paid one of them literally said "Up to you". Like they would be happy to take it again?

I have a few necessary things to do on 22 aug.
Can you go apply for an extension at immigration 1900 baht and given 7 days to leave the country?
I am pretty convinced overstays are avoidable (and always undesirable) unless you decide to leave the last day and your flight is cancelled with no other option to leave.

Why don’t you leave 22 August?

Pro Tip. Get a Thai person to write it in Thai
With just CHIANG RAI THAILAND and the postal code in large block Roman letters
Works every time.- 2

But they've paid into social security, it's mandatory. Average monthly check is about $1,400. Not much, but you wouldn't starve.
My monthly basic spend in Thailand is way less than that. I could survive on a few hundred dollars per month. -
Not so if you are implying the police know he is there already.
When they started with the TM30 in Chiang Mai Imm police came by my condo building and others, checking EVERY foreigner, knocking on doors, checking owner list. I wasn’t there but surrendered later to be fined after staying years in the same room (not fair but got it over with) TM30 is sorted now a requirement not to difficult for most to comply with. Intransigent landlord and Apt managers an exception. Maybe the OP should just pay. It is a one time fine and updating TM30 is a piece of cake.- 1

Pay. Then move house. You don’t want this landlord.

The previous post and quote are valid but there is no definition of “living in Thailand” and people doing back to back tourists visas ARE following the law(or they are only breaking some unwritten rule).
Many countries set a 6 month per year limit for tourism. Thailand should do also. Max 182 days in a row, then banned for 6 months. Then also let people allowed visa exempts to go back to using them as they are intended.

Nobody expects internet postings to be literary masterpieces, except a priggish schoolmarm.

Seriously....surely anyone who's ever entered via CNX would be asking HOW? Was it deliberate?
Anyhow, all's well 'n' all that....
Possible If they exited the jet bridge and walked to the left side somehow without staff noticing they could have gone to the domestic exit.
Then the bags would not be there. Carry on luggage only? -
How can I tell that you in all likelihood have a tattoo and justify it with your first statement? These simpletons are too predictable.
Btw, I think you mean to say "low level of education", not "low education". How far did you go in school again?
I will never get a tattoo or piercing, it’s not part of MY culture where it is associated with criminality (old thinking). Multiple Masters degrees.

I’m betting my top baht you cannot cite those rules.
The law in Thailand are whatever Somchai with a badge, in this case Immigration police. Quoting the “rules” makes no difference.- 1

Tattoos are the sign of simpletons. Just take a look at the yobs and boors who have them.
Tattoos can also have religious and cultural significance. Your post may be a sign of cultural intolerance and bigotry, a characteristic of boorishness and low education .

It is a labor saving device.
Most women in Northern Europe work.
Then they also still bear large responsibility for the housework and children.
Thank Feminism for the dishwasher.
Many Thai women are underemployed and have plenty of time for housework and shopping/cooking- 3

It amazes me how many Nicea myths exist on the internet today. It amazes me even more so many people give up their salvation over these myths. The Bible is the word of God. It would be much better for you to take time to read the Bible, instead of posting silly comments on Thai Visa.
Any child of half a brain will run from this "salvation" instinctively, like one would avoid touching fire or a snarling rabid dog. The "salvation" of the Hebrew G-d is true death, a trap, and the greatest lie in all History. Eternal life arise only from darkness of DAGON! HAIL DAGON!
The Bible was not edited at Nicea it just where con-men with hats and long beards, and their dupes and stooges argued terms of their own destruction. A pointless historical event of mental masturbation

I saw a human appearing being in CM last week.
He was dressed like a character from a play crossing Rachawittchi Road, in long leather boots,
Carrying a Hardback copy of “Stranger in a Strange Land”. I think he did that on purpose.
Maybe it was a God?

You for real. You type something related to op but you no reference it.
The OP most likely made minor typo or its a usa term. Im guessing just local MD in clinic. Have you obtained a medical for O-A
If you have please advise op on your experience.
I’m interested because I want O-A from LAX consul.
Doe this box clinic allow walking in without appointment? Where is it located? An examination for a visa will not be payed by any US insurance as it is not a medical necessity.
If you are lucky bet you can get your Doctor to sign the form during a regular checkup but I don’t have one.

What is a “doctor in a box clinic” ?

Or you.
Are there not enough TM posts recently to make it understandable, to you, that without much more information about your situation nobody can give you a real answer? You need to contact your LOCAL IMMIGRATION office.
Perhaps you could get a Thailand Elite Visa, travel out of Thailand at least every 89 days and you would have no reason to visit an immigration office. Then, unless Immigration comes knocking on doors you would have no reason to lodge a TM30. You can't be arrested for not having a TM30 receipt stapled in your passport if stopped by Police. Or you could just say stuff it like some member have and just pay the fine every time you have to go to immigtration and take the other risks involved in this.
