I have a 12 month non immigrant visa based on marriage. I'm planning a divorce will the visa become null and void once I get divorced or can I finish using that visa. If it becomes null and void will I have an issue getting a new visa that i qualify for at a embassy to stay here. I'm American I know I get visa exempt for 30 days.

I didn't have a solution when I originally posted.

I found an agent who will go get me a new one and then do my 90 day report. Cost is 500 for tm6 and 500 for 90 day report. Better than spending a day at immigration.

I found a blank one can I just fill that out and put that number on the paper and mail it to them?

I lost my departure card and need one for my 90 day report which desk do I get it at in jomtien immigration? Thanks
