Well, I stayed in Patong at an hotel next to Hooters I walked by it every day. That one was very well placed, from there people can get the live music from the hardrock cafe and there are no other places nearby to sit down.

Good, now with that money found a collective of the victims families, hire a bunch of lawyers and sue the police for negligence, both in civil and penal court. The police allowed the men into the ranks covering up for his behavior for years and should be held responsible.

It seems to me an overlap with the smart visa program, only with even more requisite. Getting a smart visa was already a real hassle and it took months of paperwork
