    Yeah, filling the army with thugs and young criminals, giving them weapons, power and a chance of career seems a great idea. What could be go wrong?

    it's not only about job... it's about reading any scientific document, international news, culture products from books to movies. I'm not a native speaker but english is really important in my life

    Good, now with that money found a collective of the victims families, hire a bunch of lawyers and sue the police for negligence, both in civil and penal court. The police allowed the men into the ranks covering up for his behavior for years and should be held responsible.

    It seems to me an overlap with the smart visa program, only with even more requisite. Getting a smart visa was already a real hassle and it took months of paperwork
