    With respect there's only one nation on earth we all default to seeing such an incident - and it's not Korean. I know there are decent Chinese folks - but you gotta admit the cliché is here for us all to see, so I would say there's a lot of ignorance in the majority of that nation.

    The shares are obviously their legal means to suspend him totally - as different from not voting him over policies - but IF he had sold them, they certainly would be going after him like they did with Thanathorn I would bet.

    Amusingly self-assured. I think both cases you refer to were not black and white were they? Interestingly enough there was at least two charges against Thanathorn... so charge II would've VERY LIKELY done the job failing charge 1? Re Pita, it is highly likely that failing charge 1... he'd (MFP) be got on "damaging the country's stability" with his manifesto esp in relation to lesse majeste... or similar. So how can you BE a politician pray tell ????????

    They already have overseas police stations. Those non-criminal arrests are CCP dissenters eg the HK bookshop owner in Pattaya not log ago. This new move will definitely seal China's overseas long arm influence in Thailand for anyone speaking out against the regime. Bad news from that perspective.

    Roll out more clandestine and illegal overseas Chinese police stations in Thailand! We've seen little evidence of these in neighbouring countries to China... so much for the so-called ant-fraud push then. So spying on their neighbours from these stations (and from take-away outlets, etc) is less of a concern obviously.
