I wouldn't report an overstayer as such. If they do something beyond merely overstaying that I'd feel the need to report (such as, poisoning dogs or molesting children), I would consider reporting them for overstay, as - sadly - that seems to promise the quickest results with the otherwise mostly useless plod.
if they were poisoning all these stray dog biting people causing accidents craping in the streets sorry no problem

Mr Bumble once said that the "law is a ass".
Now it appears that nearly half of the American voting public is just that after electing one.
Worse still, they still can't accept the error of their ways despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
American democracy will survive this hit but will they learn the lessons?
RoosterYou mean instead of choosing socialism I like my tax cut and not being fined for not having insurance and the stock market being up has increased my 401 also the so called Cadillac tax on insurance going away will help my friends still working so maybe you need to worry more about the UK and their high taxes can't carry a gun to protect your self but can get stabbed

They're not really doing their constitutional duty, they're sulking and trantruming just like the Remainiacs in the UK, because they can't get over the fact that they assumed they would win their big vote in 2016, and the voters got it wrong... so rather than doing their constitutional duty of behaving like a proper political opposition, they invest 3+ years in trying to imagine into existence Watergate, but it's looking an awful lot more like DribbleGate... this impeachment demeans the purpose of impeachment, I don't care about Trump either way, but this is a utterly lame way to oppose his administration.
The last Dem administration was conjured into existence by manipulating social media and fame culture, and you ended up with a vapid figurehead, with a set of boring catchphrases like an Action Man politician, and who failed to achieve anything other than the collapse of Libya and Syria, which ultimately nudged the beginning of the breakup of the EU. What a surprise that you end up with a reality TV LARPer as president after that?!
Whilst the Democrats fail to address the lack of a credible candidate win back the presidency, control of American parliament and house of lords, and instead squander resources on an impeachment attempt that was destined to fail, instead of building momentum behind a vision and replacement candidate. The Dems have probably increased the chances of a silly president to win again. Who have they got to win votes from him? I mean really? Who? Was all this impeachment a cover for not having any decent candidates for president? Hilary wasn't good enough, why don't the Dems focus on putting up a candidate who is better than Trump, according to all the rhetoric and invective, it shouldn't be hard...
Go back to England the US doesn't have a parliament or house of lords

I also agree. My wife and I came down with the swine flu in the 80's and for several days, even though we were fairly young and healthy, seriousy thought we might not survive it. We never missed the high dose flu vaccination since that day and are very careful when there is a chance of being around someone with the flu. We are both now 75 and probably could not survive this current strain. I would be happy to visit an establishment with this sign posted. It not only may protect the employees, but also unsuspecting customers.
I quit getting the flu shot when I got out of the military in the mid 80s haven't had the flu ( knock on wood)

If he was really concerned and had balls" he'd suspend all Chinese from any destination entering the country for one month. Then take care of any domestic outbreaks.
While flights are still entering Thailand daily from China it's not going to improve any time soon.
Maybe his mia noi took his balls ????

I feel sorry for you glass half empty, pessimistic people, god I'd hate to be you guys.
Seriously suicidal candidates.
Other than some of the changes that my immagration office has made. In the small village we live in I haven't had any problems the people that I have regular contact with are ok even though they know I don't speak Thai if I need to do anything important or buy something my wife translates

Guilty of orchestrating a New York gangster-style "offer-you-can't-refuse" to the Ukraine President in order to assist his less than guaranteed election win by attempting to gather dirt on his prime opponent who isn't even yet his prime opponent.
Unfortunately, had the Republicans not stymied this impeachment effort, more damaging dirt on this POTUS would have surfaced. Mr President, this dirty trick backfired on you and on your Trump-Republican party.

I have seen this quite often in Thailand while driving.
Whenever I drive straight, cars would suddenly come out of a soi and then drive in front of me instead of letting me pass first.
That's why I never drive fast, I would brake immediately in this type of situation. If I had driven fast, I would have hit them in most cases. They are absolute 'ixxxx'.
Thailand needs to educate their drivers before giving them driving licence.
Those cars on the straight path always have the right of way first.
As you said tit the fastest one has the right of way till they get killed
