So the IO at the border checkpoint is going to be checking tax returns now are they?
When they see that you've been living here for pretty much the whole year, sure.

It will be even more challenging when opening a new account in Thailand requires the applicant to have a Thailand TIN (Tax ID Number).
Why?
You don't need a work permit or visa to get a TIN.
You can then pay income tax on Thai rental income, stock dividends, overseas income which can be offset your home country's tax.

How would they enforce tax collection for people on Non O Multiple entry visas?
Simple.
You do a border run every 90 days. You're in the computer system (and have the entry/exit stamps) showing that you were in Thailand for around 350 days for the year. The IO dealing with your entry and exit clearly see this.
The last time I checked, around 350 is more than 180.

I don't often think about other men's penises.
But when I see his picture and hear of his fervor for guns.
I do imagine his bullet is around 1 inch long and he has a pickup truck with lifted suspension and big wheels.

Will some of those Thai Rambo SEAL commandoes that we see standing behind arrested perps go along to ensure safety?
I'd like to see what happens when they come up against a group of hardened Hamas jihadis storming their location.
Crying out for Maaaaaaa? ????

Thailand has no known enemies
The Thai military has been battling an insurgency that has seen more than 7000 killed since 2004.
Sign your son up for the army and tell him to request a transfer to the Southern provinces.

We bought some sods of Japanese grass at a garden store yesterday for 16 baht for 100x40cm. It's so cheap that we decided to experiment with it.
We bought bags of top soil and layered it around 5/8 inch thick on top of a concrete area and placed a few sods on top.
We're looking at topping a large concrete area with it. We're not going to break the concrete just to do it. It would be watered every morning and evening.
Is there a better way? More topsoil, less topsoil, no topsoil, forget the whole plan of placing it on concrete?

correct. even if found laying near you. Same no license M/C no insurance
You're wrong, actually.
A mate had no license and was involved in a collision on a nice bike that had 1st class cover including bail bond, on a Friday evening. The police showed up quickly and wanted to take him to the station for the weekend, no bail until Monday. The insurance guy showed up and the police immediately left, the insurance covered everything. Some insurers may have different systems.

Just rang them again, they know we cancelled 6 months ago, said not to worry about it, they will disconnect when they get around to it, and we will not be asked to pay 1 satang for the extra service.
If a Thai on the phone said it, you will never receive a bill for it in the future.
The Thai spoken word, not worth the paper it wasn't written on.
