1.79GHz, if that means anything to you.
Great, thanks.
That should be enough for smooth zoom calls to the States, youtube and basic games with a good internet connection and 6+10Gb RAM?

It has a USB-C port listed as 10gbps.
Is this enough to connect a wired keyboard, mouse, headset and Lan internet cable through one USB-C adapter without making it lag etc? I prefer wired to WiFi and Bluetooth etc.
The a733 8-core CPU, I believe is 1.70Ghz. But perhaps not.

My True Money Wallet works without stored payment (its just linked to a Thai Credit Card).
It works in 7-11 etc - though I've never tried it with FoodPanda
So, I'm not sure if this is a 'Thai National thing' rather it might be related to having a Thai Credit card perhaps ?
No.

But I need a stored payment option and that will be True Money Wallet.
Not allowed on foodpanda. Unless it is in a Thai national's name.
Using it for 7-11 deliveries, either paying first or they scan it after arriving is no problem, them scanning it in the 7-11 is no problem. Foodpanda says For Thai nationals only, select a different payment method.

Yeah scan to pay with QR should work with almost all drivers.
22 hours ago, Jingthing said:To add about the scan QR to pay option if you want to tip you can add that to the amount due so.you don't need to pay cash for the tip either.
Do you mean that this is for food panda, and you scan the food panda app on their phone?
Or do you scan a qr code on their own personal bank account?
For example: You order food panda delivery and select to pay with cash.
The driver arrives, and instead of paying with cash, you scan a QR code on their food panda app to pay, and can also add a tip?

It started this morning. Expiry date 2028. Plenty of funds in it.
Payment option refused.
This has happened again right now.
In red writing 'problem with card issuer please select another payment method'.
Both on a computer and iPhone.
Bangkok Bank debit card.
True Money Wallet goes through then says unable to process, this service is for Thai users only.
I entered the number from another Thai bank's visa card and it was accepted. I cancelled the order as it is the bank account I only use for keeping my visa funds in, and has a 65 baht charge per use if used more than twice in a calendar month, plus delivery charge and tip it was more than the noodles I was ordering.

This looks good for 5300 Baht.
What I don't get is the RAM.
They say 16GB.
Then, that it is 6GB with 10GB expandable.
What does that mean? How do you expand it by 10GB?

People should note that the main brands spend huge amounts on advertizing and marketing, which you pay for at the register.
The price you pay isn't reflective of the cost of manufacture.

Bought one with similar specs but no brand name October 2024 for in flight entertainment.
Not as Android 13 specs claimed. ( Somewhere Android 7 popped up )Some aspects are good such as screen quality, but camera/s are really bad. Sound quality tinny.
Bluetooth and wifi connectivity good. Have not used with a sim, micro sd added memory integrates ok.
Not a device I would use fulltime but to watch a movie with bluetooth speakers is ok.
Thank you for the information.
It would be for watching youtube with bluetooth headphones, surfing the net, and possible family Skype calls to America. There would be no need to insert a sim card either, or to store files on it.

What does that have to do with them using the GENUINE MI logo? Conveniently ignoring that fact in so that you can carry on with your idiotic arguing?
Actually, it isn't MI's logo, it is the logo that MI use. It isn't copyrighted and is free for anyone to use. 🙂
This image, which consists of simple geometric shapes , is not subject to copyright and is therefore in the public domain because it can be easily reproduced, is not owned by anyone, and no one can claim ownership.

cut and paste descriptions from genuine websites.
Sure, that's what the thread's about.
Do the no brand Android tablets typically have the specifications they list, or are they programmed to show incorrect information. For example, it has 2GB of RAM but is programmed to show 16GB of RAM.
As mentioned, it's so cheap for the Chinese factories to churn out parts by the billion, and Android is free to use etc.

It means that somebody doesn't know how to use their spacebar correctly, and possibly has a broken caps lock button.

Look for android tablet i.e. in Lazada and lots of cheap options come up.
Are they real? Why not? It's cheap to produce them.
I just looked on that website.
Do Android require payment for companies to use them, similar to windows? Or is Android free to use for everybody?
The question is about the specifications.
Snapdragon 870
Octa-core (ARM 2*A75 2.5G + 6*A55 2.0G)
G52-3EE-8core @850MHz
Ram: 16GB
Rom: 1024GB
2200THB
Are those specifications likely real or likely much lower and programmed to show those numbers? -

They have fake names, as mentioned. They are no name copies, not brand names.
52 minutes ago, JeffersLos said:They have copied the names of brands but changed one letter. Opp0 or Sumsang or Hua Wel etc.
The question is if the specifications are likely real, or have been adjusted to show incorrect information.
If people have bought one, please post your experiences.

Android 12
12GB RAM
10 core processor
512 GB Storage
keyboard, case and mouse
For 1600-2600 Baht.
Are the specifications real?
Or have they been manipulated to show that they are bigger and more powerful than they really are?
My eyesight has deteriorated over the last decade so I would like a large size. Some of them are 11 inches. It seems okay.
I don’t take photographs so I don’t care about camera quality. Though being able to Zoom video call family in America without lagging and jumping and freezing would be good.
Watching youtube videos without any lagging and jumping would be important.
Reading PDF books.
Browsing news websites on Chrome.
Connects to our house wifi and can connect bluetooth headphones and keyboard.
I think that would be it.
They have copied the names of brands but changed one letter. Opp0 or Sumsang or Hua Wel etc.
Has technology developed so fast that tablets with these specs can be sold so cheaply?
Or are they fake specifications?
11.6 inches, Android 13, 12GB RAM, 512GB + keyboard. 68 five star reviews many with photos. 2100 THB.
This one looks identical but is listed as 16GB RAM.
Model: pro11
System: Android 12
CPU:Snapdragon 865
Processor: Octa-core(ARM 2*A75 2.0G + 6*A55 2.0G)
GPU: G52-3EE-8core @ 850MHz
RAM:16 GB
ROM:512 GB
Package included(Official standard):
1* Realme Tablet P70
1*USB-C cable
1*charger ( 5V2A )
1*OTG connector
1*user manual
1 ×case
1 × screen protector
1 × keyboard
1 × stylus pen
1 x earphone
1x phone holder
2100THB.
Lots of 5* reviews with photos.
But the reviews are written in Thai and all the photos show tablets with Chinese characters. That is suspicious.
Are these things real? With real specifications?
Did you or your family ever buy one? How was it for the tasks listed above?
