  1. Never tried that, but can see how it would work. Always used clones back when I used to grow indoors. We do not have a light setup, just insect screened tunnels. I like to try out different strains between the seasonal grow. What strain were you growing and what kind of yield were you getting?
  2. Autoflowers are a between season crop for us. They will be finished in march. Outdoor grow, so no real costs. You could reverse sex 1 seed to make 100’s of fem seeds with autoflowers as an alternative.
  3. They are branded 420 fastbuds. I was referred to the Thai suppliers by the Euro website, which I have used before. High confidence with these seeds. You may like to know that autoflowers will go into flower in 3 weeks. May be worth documenting this grow…
  4. You can source anything that you want from Thai vendors. My Order of Bruce Banner with a Gorilla Cookie freebie auto from Siam Seeds arrived 22 hours later. Excellent follow up service. Will be ordering from them again.
  5. Have received an order for seeds from a local vendor. Got a call from the shop reminding me to register on the Government web site, as RTP review deliveries, so be prepared for a visit. Not sure if this is correct. Have any other mail order growers had a visit from RTP?
  6. Had a devastating blood report-5 years ago. Top of range blood sugar and cholesterols. Went to a dietitian and learnt how to eat, especially portion size. Threw out all the bad foodstuffs in the house, started cycling and walking more. Lost 35kg over 2 years. Blood workups for the last 3 years cholesterol is normal, sugar is at the minimum level. Biggest change was losing 35kg, and keeping it off.
  7. Nice buds. Much better than mine this season. Please your your grow experience if possible.
  8. We have found that the most important thing is insulation, for sound. Our kitchen,, which is just Bangkok colorbond,, the studio, workshop areas it is impossible to have a conversation when it is pissing down. The main house is Bangkok 50mm sandwich colorbond which is fine for conversation during these events. We have-4 mt - 4.5 mt ceiling height. The temperature difference between both is-1.5*
  9. The Oz branded Colorbond is the genuine article . The Thai steel branded panels are made in Bangkok and widely distributed. Everybody seems to refer to it as colorbond, even the same colours, but they are not passing it off as genuine.
  10. We have 2 buildings 225 sq my each. 1 is Bangkok made colorbond sandwich with 50mm insulation. 1 is plain Bangkok made colorbond. When it is pissing down the uninsulated building is too loud for taking. The insulated building is comfortably muffled. Temperature sensors report the uninsulated room temperature is-1.5 * hotter of a day, same night temperatures in both. We get cold nights in winter and the uninsulated roof condensates, dripping from the beams. First quote we got was for Oz colorbond panels made to size. Went with the Bangkok made panels which were half the price. Our steel guys building the house had it finished in 2 days.
  11. Thanks for the post. Interested to find out the GC details.
  12. Yeah mate, know all about Bluescope colorbond. We went with Thailand made equivalent. Made in Bangkok. Ever tried to claim on a roof warranty? There are 1 million plain galvanised sheds across Oz that are >50 years old, colorbond should be superior to galvanised
  13. Regarding the roof, we have 2 buildings-230 square metres each. The house building has white Thai colorbond 50mm sandwich roof. Cost b124k. Bluescope quote was b245k. Kitchen area plain white Thai uninsulated colorbond. Cost -b55k. 2 years in, the uninsulated roof is -2• hotter in the room, as per temperature sensors. The uninsulated roof often condenses at night. Cool nights in Chanthaburi. During heavy downpours we cannot have a conversation in the kitchen. The house is acceptable for noise. Brutalist design house, so the sandwich underside is our ceiling .
  14. Thanks Dano, We have 14 tanks connected, looking to manage the pump, not the 14 tanks, Most important consideration is to turn the pump off if there is excessive use, due to a leaky cistern or other incident where the pump will empty the tank.
  15. Have a Mitsubishi 155 water pump for our domestic system. 30000 litres rain catchment. Been looking for a way to shut the pump off automatically when a tank is empty, or if a cistern is leaking etc. Has anyone used the “inching” functionality of a smart switch to manage this? Seems like I can set a timer that will switch off after say 10 minutes from when it is switched on.
  16. We have 2 Clicks. Have Pirelli Rosso' on 1, standard IRC on the other. Aerox with Champions. CRF with IRC's Pirelli are far superior in every way. Worth the money. We live rural, so all from Laz.
  17. This guy in Chang Rai has an organic approach
  18. Are you saying that you have 22 different devices each controlled via a WiFI controlled socket and an app? YES. Also Bluetooth and Zigbee network, all mostly voice or scene controlled. The ones you plan to use in future, dual channel, report your energy usage. But that's no god if you don't do anything about it. CORRECT. You say ROI is not important, but you are trying to save a few units of electricity using gadgets which costs Bht 399 each INCORRECT. Implementing a further 4 smart devices. The new unit is 75% smaller, easier to install, and now comes with the energy consumption functionality embedded. In UK they talk about Smart Meters will save you energy, but only if you reduce your consumption accordingly. CORRECT
  19. Thank you for the insight. Designed, implemented, and supported this bulletproof system for 2 years. Currently have 22 single channel Sonoffs across the network topology. Plan to redeploy 4 single channel Sonoffs and replace with 2 dual channel units with the energy usage reporting. ROI is not important.
  20. Our house electricity system is controlled by Sonoff switches. Timers are set on most things, ie the water cooler switches off from 20:00 to 08:00, when the urn is turned on it turns off after 90 minutes, the espresso machine turns off after 60 minutes, tv is powered off etc. Not sure what difference this makes. This 2 channel switch comes with embedded power metering. Sounds useful. Have ordered 2 to try.
  21. Mostly buds with a few seeds. Best time sleeping last night...
