  1. Recently,  I decided to look into a side job to earn a little bit of extra money.
I ran my own business for years and finally thought it might be time to look into an online job opportunity (that wasn't as demanding and time consuming.)

I got some information about doing online surveys and I thought I'd check into them.
    Here's what I found out.

Prior to partaking in the surveys I was asked to fill out a barrage of data including the following:  My age age, my race, my interests, whether I had a vehicle, how many vehicles I had, my approximate income.  My email address, how many pets I had, what kind of pets they were, whether or not I used online shopping, what kind of products I bought online. My health insurance arrangements, what ailments I have. The list goes on and on.

I got to thinking about the whole thing. I mean the "real" survey.

They're doing a survey on you. Under the auspices that you'll be doing surveys for them. It seems pretty underhanded so I elected not continue or submit my information.

They're doing a survey on you. Once they know that information they're going to sell and use it.
    Think twice.
  2. I do all that stuff,    nobody touches my girl but me.   ????   I know the costs of labor here make more sense to let other guys wrench on the bike,   but I like to do it.    The anatomy and physiology of a motorbike are fascinating.   It is fun to break out the tool box and swear like a drunken sailor.   I find a sense of satisfaction in tearing it apart and putting it back together.

  3. So,  based upon the gas station sign above,  the stuff I got was 95% gas and 5% Ethanol.   The bike is a 2016 F.I. CB500x and it really seriously does feel like a different machine with the new fuel.

I am not certain that the new air filter I put in and the new oil and Oil filter I put in the other day have factored much into it.   I got the bike this spring 2ndhand.   I ain't certain what type of oil the guy had in there,  but I wanted to start off fresh,  so I dumped 20w50 amsol Fully synth in her.

When I took out the air filter,  there was an aftermarket one in there that looked legit and clean.    The guy who had the bike before me really took good care of it.

Was a happy moment in my day.

  4. I am in the BKK area at sea level. Most of the Gas here is cut with Ethanol.. My bike takes 91 octane, and just for the hell of it, i decided to switch to straight gas no booze.  The only thing they have here is 95 straight up.

Call me crazy , but the bike feels different when i ride it now.

It has good pep, and acceleration, but it seriously has a different vibe. It literally feels different.

I am hopeful that I'll get longer range on a tankful without the hootch. Has anyone else ever noticed this kind of change with a change in fuel?

  5. It is hot, but I roll with Gloves, full face helmet, Danner boots with steel toes and heels and soles.     I tried wearing heavy carhaart double knee trousers,   but it was so damned hot.    I also ride wet if I have to go in town.    Stop and go with a wet t shirt. is much cooler.

On roadtrips me and wife wear textile touring jackets with ce2 back shoulder, elbow pads.

It is hard to wear  good riding gear here because it is so damned hot.

  6. Riding close to home there are a lot of street dogs but they’re used to the traffic of bikes so they just lay there.

When I go further out into the countryside most of the dogs are not used bikes and being dogs, they want to give Chase or to defend their territory.

I am always riding alone and let’s face it if you’re going at a good good clip it can be difficult to determine whether or not several dogs are going to try to cross in front of you and cause you to go over for your bars and crash, or if you’re going to be able to out run them.

Since I’m all alone. generally what I do it is soon as I’ve seen them and they see me I’ll take my hands off the bars and put my hands up in the air so I looked big “. 90 times out of 100 the dogs instantly turn away and walked away from where I’m going. He doesn’t wanna mess with something that’s that tall and large. Occasionally they’ll give Chase and I’m able to out run them by getting them on one side of the bike and then cutting them off into the edge. Helps to be in a tall gear when You see dogsdogs coming  up in the roadway so that you can out run them kind a hard to do if you’re in too low of a gear.

If you can’t out run them then keep peddling it’s harder for them to hit a moving target

Another tactic I’ve used after I make myself look bigger on the bike if the dog hasn’t turned away from me I get into charge mode and point the bike directly at it and power up making it look like I’m coming after him.

This seems to work really well but it means that you have to ride with enough oomph in reserve to be able to do that on a moments notice.

There was a time about 20 years ago when I used to ride 400 to 450 miles a week. So I’ve had plenty of encounters with dogs.   Never got a bite, but I felt their breath on my ankles

  7.  Hey look if it makes you feel better we’ve got at least five dragons in the pond out by our place that are courting a female in season. Four of them are easily 120+ pounds and probably close to 8 feet long. The other day I was outback watering the plant Outback and I heard a loud splash and thrashing and breaking the lambs. I didn’t know what the commotion was so I went in late looked over the wall. There were two male dragons sparring in competition. We are just part of the food chain around here

Wow! You do not mention CBD'S! this is the problem people are ignorant and think THC only when a very large and most helpful products derived from the Marijuana plant are CBD based and do not Have any THC Values what so ever. Knowledge is power the Marijuana plant makes THC and CBD's i believe that have identified over 100 types of CBD's and counting. Those are the facts Jack!

I mentioned it non-psychoactive components and Terpines.

  9. If you guys are really interested in getting an education on the influences of solar weather and Cosmic-weather, This guys videos are outstanding. He has access to all kinds of different tools in his videos and is able To give youyou a proton density gamma density and solar wind speeds and is able to show you what the magnetopause is doing and how it will influence what’s happening on our planet.

  10. Yet another earthquake 6.9 Indonesia. With the earths magnetopause being mostly down lately, much of the energy transfer rfrom the Sun that normally deflected is making its way into Our planet and causing an uptick in earthquakes and wild weather.

Although the sun is relatively free of sunspots and Cme,s, This solar minimum is facilitating our earths shields to fall away completely at times. Allowing energy transfers to make their way through and he absorbed Along with UVc light and energy not from our sun but from other sources in the cosmos the past year or so...was also Happening the 2011 earthquake hit in Japan.

  11. Read about Haarp.   There are half a dozen faciities in the world that are involved with it.   Lawrence Livermore has designed a directed energy weapon that would boggle the mind.    Most of this tech was springboarded to after Trumps uncle siezed the paperwork of Nikola Tesla's research upon his death.   Not to mention what is going on at CERN's facility.   The stuff we are hearing about now was developed long ago.
