Anyone who can recommend a tailor who can make a morning coat with good quality?

I was in MBK a few weeks ago and asked one of the uniformed information gals about an Aeon ATM.
She told me it was on the 2nd floor next to the Nike store. It is also a two minute walk from the Nokia telephone Service center to get you to the right general area. She gave me a map of MBK with the location circled. It is in the main walkway right next to the Nike store as she stated..
I was surprised that it was so easy to find.
Sorry, I can't help with your Hualampong query.
Thanks for the MBK answer.

Think I go for the known brand names then, thanks.

As I've noticed that the AEON hompeage is not updated, or sometimes updated with wrong information I ask here as well. Are there any AEON ATMs around Hualampong train station and at Siam/MBK area?

I've seen this BP World luggage, a thai brand, in stores like Big C and at Outlet Mall. How is the quality, compared to say Samsonite, American Tourister etc?
-
On their home page it says that they've got three ATMs in Pattaya, one on Carrefour, one between Home Works and Big C on Pattaya Tai and also one on Tesco in the south, I thought that one was relocated to Home Works/Big C, is it back at Tesco again?

As a dental student I'm interested in buying a pair of dental loupes. Is that something you can find somewhere in Pattaya? And if so do you know the price?

If he isn't living in Thailand then there is no stress. He is unable to attend the draft day, then that is fine. He can still travel to thailand either on his US or Thai passport and it will not matter.
I'm living in Sweden and have not registered at my parents Thai baan thabian, but as I understand from your answer, registering is not a problem and will not cause me any problems as long as I'm not residing in Thailand? My Thai passport has expired and I will not get a new one unless I register in Thailand (according to the Thai embassy in Sweden).

Do they still run?

In Uganda, they have banned plastic bags. Even check you coming in at the airport. In many places in Russia, you have to pair a fair amount of money for a bag. Something like 10 or 15 cents. Not a lot, but sure keeps them from using the bags!
Well, here in Sweden (and probably all the Nordic countries) when buying groceries you have to pay aprox 8 baht for a small bag and about 11 baht for a big one. People re-use the plastic bags, or buy cloth bags. Garbage bags can be bought separately, made from recycled plastic bags for a low low price. A lot of municipalities have two separate bins for every household, one is for composting organic waste with a fixed monthly fee, the other bin you pay per kilo waste, and in every borough there are environmental stations where you can leave paper, glass, metal, light bulbs batteries etc for free. But I guess it will take some time before Thailand reaches that.

Where can you find a Nikon D3000 in Pattaya? And how much is it (aprox).

Hej och tack!
Do you know when it returns?
And I would go to the bus station, if it wasn't so that I'm somewhere with -15C and snow right now.
-
As I recall it it is possible to go to Wichianburi from the bus station at Sukhumwit Rd. At what time does the bus leave, and how long does it take. What about buses in the other direction?
-
From which bus station, what time and how much? That is the question. And what about buses in the other direction?

Is AEON still fee free even when using a MasterCard?
-
At a Swedish forum (http://www.thailandforum.se/index.php?topic=13833.0) they say that the 150B fee has decreased and in some cases gone away.
Ayudhya now have a fee of 15B if you use Visa, but still 150B using MasterCard, and at some locations (Sri Racha) no fee at all.
And anyone noticed any changes in the fees at SCB (http://www.scb.co.th/img/th/rate/fees-atm-en.pdf)?

what would you call a pilot who just flew you 24 hours at 37,000ft? in first class he would address you as sir, most people don't know that
Well, as American police officers addresses crackheads, drunk drivers and so forth, with sir, I wouldn't acknowledge it as a respectfull title

I know a MD or a dentist has his/her name written like นพ/ทพ/พญ/ทพญ and their surname written after the title on signs etc, but how about in everyday life? Is the Dr addressed by people by their title or by "khun"? How is it on paper, e g on invitations?

I've got a Hitatchi BM-10 ''Fuzzy Rice Cooker' It's just the right size for 2 people but can cope with larger ammount.. Pretty certain I bought it in Homepro.. It has settings for Jasmine, Sticky and Brown rice plus it can make rice porridge too.. excellent product and wasn't expensive either..
Can you cook sticky rice without having to submerge it into water prior to cooking? If so, i think i've found my cooker.
-
As far as I know you can't use the std rice cooker, it must be steamed using a bamboo ie material over an unusual pot.....and the rice is not your std rice, it's particular type of rice
No its supposed to be a rice computer (or something like that, they call it something with computer). I know it can be done, my brother has one in Sweden that can cook sticky rice instantly. The cooker comes with a special tray where you put the rice and it steams it. The good thing is that you don't need to submerge it into water for three hours before. But that feature does not come with all the rice "computers", some you need to submerge the rice into water first.

Been to Big C, Carrefour and Tesco Lotus to look for a rice cooker for 2 persons. I would like it to be able to cook sticky rice without having to submerge it into water for 3 hours before. As far I have only found one Panasonic cooker at Big C and Carrefour with a size of 1.8 l. I think it is a little bit to big. Do you know where I can find other rice cookers?

My girlfriend went there to remove a big birthmark on her back. She said it felt, but did not hurt and the MD explained the pro's and con's and was keen not to inflict pain during the excision.
The excision of the birthmark was 600 bath, and the package of vitamins, medicines and sunscreen was another 794 bath, total 1394. Although I guess the special sunscreen was the major part of it.
Still 1394 bath is a lot cheaper than anyone else was willing to do it for, less than a quarter than the second cheapest.
