Harass a girl?
This is quite common in Thailand, at all levels of society.

Four common sense options to boost birthrate:
1. Do not promote compulsive consumerism
2. Stable jobs
3. Decent salaries
4. Do not promote gender fluidity as normality

I think that all societies that are about to form a stable middle-class bourgeoisie face a reduction in population.
This, at least, is the data coming from more rich societies.

I want to thank everyone for the informations, especially @BritTim
In the end I was able to do the TM.30, to change the address, the 90-day Report and extend the visa simply with the condo purchase agreement. -

I usually don't talk to young generation, for fear of misgendering them or have an argument about woke topics dear to them.
They seem to be hypersensitive about some topics, so generally I avoid to talk with them as a precautionary measure.
I must say that I am sorry, but I do not want a conflict.

For the SF30 my local IMM accepted the Blue Book, when I need proof of residence the Condo administrative personnel make me a residence letter which is what I use for my annual IMM extension and also when I need IMM residence letters for DL, bank accounts, etc.
Excuse, what do you mean for "residence letter"?

The yellow book should not be essential for proof of address. If you have the chanote that identifies you as the owner of the condo, that should be sufficient to lodge the TM30 notification, and subsequently to do the 90-day notification using TM47 and your extension. Getting the yellow book can sometimes involve a lot of bureaucracy, depending on your local office, but it is not essential.
Thank you, now I feel more optimistic and hopeful ????????

A TM30 is required for change of address.
Can someone submit the TM.30 if I have not yet obtained the yellow tabien baan with my name associated to the address?

Yes, my new address is in the same province.

So you previously have been on extension based on retirement?
Meaning this is not your first extension.
Not being rude but no such thing as "Renew Non-O Visa"
How did you obtain extensions previously regarding proof of address.
Which immigration office?
Based on Thai spouse.
Exactly, it's not the first extension, before I was living in a rented condo and visa extensions were based on owner signed ID card and rental contract.
Now I bought my own condo. Real estate agent made the chanote and blue house book (but, of course, without my name). So I have: the chanote, the contract, the blue book.
The immigration office is Chaeng Wattana, Bangkok.
(Don't worry, you're not rude)

I bought a condo, I got the contract, the chanote and blue tabien baan, but I don't have the yellow tabien baan. The local amphur asked me for a translation of passport's data certified by the embassy, but I have to wait two months to do it (!).
How do I prove my address?

A wife pretend that you pay for her meals, she sometimes want to make sex, and she's always around you.
A rented girl pretend that you pay for her meals, after that you make sex, and then she go, so you can change another one the next week, or next month.
Who is better?

I just received chanote and the blue tabien baan from the real estate agent. Now I should go to local land office to request the yellow house registration. I read in various sites that 2 witnesses are needed.

I returned with re-entry permit on May 24. My 90-day report expired yesterday, July 24.
The new date resets to the date of re-entry to Thailand, right?

A TM 30 is always required whenever you change your address, regardless of a 90 day reporting.
Excuse me for asking a stupid question, but this is the first time doing this procedure.
Who has to sign the TM30 to confirm my new address?

You just need to have successfully submitted a TM30 notification first.
I'm still waiting for the documents by real estate agent (probably the yellow book?). Is TM30 also required?
