Let me clarify this for you. Multiple Listing Service

I see ads on bahtsold that claim to be tied to MLS. Does MLS work in Thailand the same as western countries?

How did so many narrow minded people wind up on one forum?

I've always dealt with Jeannie or her brother, Jeff who had Diamond's on Beach Road. He told me that the rent was killing him and was planning to relocate. Can not find them now. 20 years ago they had a shop across from Montien called Jeannie's Gems. Anyone have any info?

The brats can't drive. Why were they at a car show?

They have to be living together as Man and Wife.
Not see each other once or twice a month.
Exactly how many days per month do they need to stay together? Please sit the law pertaining this? I work abroad and and gone for months at a time. You have absolutely no clue

I did. To be honest it was useless, although some people swear by it,I now take tablets from the doc. Not had an attack for 1.5 yearsIts supposed to be good for gout as well, tried it for months ,waste of time
I use it for gout. Do you use the raw non-pasteurized kind, like Bragg's?
Good news and good luck. Wish I could say that

Charlie Watts (drummer of The Rolling Stones) was once asked how his marriage had lasted so long - his reply was, "separate bathrooms"!
+1. We have not shared a bathroom in 15 years. Wife's idea but works great. Last house I even designed 2 master baths. So she uses a bath downstairs.

Wouldn't fit my lifestyle but don't think I would ever drive a Tata
I wouldn't mind a Tata F-Type.
Forgot about Jag

Stopped by the Nissan dealer in Chonburi. They have cars in stock at the current price before the inflated tax. Not all colours but enough. Very nice car and much cheaper than the Honda. 2 week delivery

The raw stuff was difficult to find. I found it at MaxValue in Jpark, Sriracha

Neon and sex, what's not to like!
Crime, disease, violence, lies and desperately lonely blokes trying to fulfill their empty lives by paying for sex with low class farmers daughters, often young enough to be their grandchildren?
The "holier than thou" brigade to the rescue. These guys have never jaywalked, driven 1kph over the speed limit, looked at a pretty girl,
had sex before marriage, or even sex with the lights on after marriage

I was told that the 3.2 could not be chipped but remapped giving it 50 more hp

I've had a 3.2 Wildtrak for 2 years with no issues. Never chipped it but still might.
-
There you go, good advice.....skip the Honda and go for the Nissan......never mind what the missus says its your brass
I can make suggestions. Her money, not mine. I drive a Wildtrak. Will take a look at the Nissan this week. How long has the current model been out?

We only visited the one dealer. I will try another. Probably should wait until the Motor Show to see what else is new. Looked at the Germans but don't want to pay the maintenance fees.

Someone please explain what is going on with the car pricing and ordering issues going on. Wife decided she wanted a saloon car so we went to Honda to order a new Accord in December. We were told that we could not order until January because they were unsure of the price. 6 months delivery. No worries. We went back last weekend and were told that we still could not order until the Motor Show in March because a new model was coming. I thought the Accord model was fairly new. Still don't know the price.

This whole farce is going to blow up in their face

Just stop to criticize Thailand all the time! Its a commom sense allways to know it better! If someone is not happy with the things going on here, why not just leave?Nobody has to stay here its not a must.....we are all guests here and if we dont like the way it is, then just go back to your country.
And when back in your country then shure you start to criticize the goverment there and so it goes on and on?....
Let the Thai Police do there Job and enjoy the beautiful country here!
Wake up dreamer.

Such wit. Did it take you very long to think of this astounding comment? Have you considered a career in comedy? Hopefully not.
