Any idea on how this compares to 2011?
I was out of the country in 2011 but it’s certainly much, much lower now.

Buy them each a set of boobs…..problem solved.
This is the best answer. Throw some boobs in there for a year then take them back out afterwards.

Please don’t use hydrogen peroxide on wounds. That’s old school thinking that has been proven to be the wrong course of action towards healing.

Would be interested to hear what the situation is on the ground ... no flights, inter-provincial buses, etc
I completed the Phuket Sandbox on 14 August. I took the Sandbox Express bus for 1500 to BKK and stayed at a hotel near the airport that night. I have since moved on to Nonthaburi.
Other than the bus, there were flight and taxi options. You can rent a car if you can find one. If nothing else, take a taxi to the bridge then hop over to the other side to grab another taxi. It's not necessarily easy or historically cheap to leave the island now but it is possible. I know several people that have gone as far as Chiang Mai from Phuket recently.
As for the Sandbox stay... Many businesses are still closed but more are opening each day. You should have little trouble finding something to eat or keep yourself entertained. There's lots to do and less people to get in your way now.

There are no domestic flights ( bar one I heard for Utapao) once a week os something. No buses tor travel into mainland travel allowed. Hard to say what happens in a month as Covid is on the rise in Phuket ., and very bad on the mainland. I’ve heard from’friends that there are a few restaurants open in the Rawai are if looking for SHA hotels.
This is misinformation. Posting responses like this only serve to add to the confusion for people trying to wade through this mess.

It could be apnea or something else. I was waking up feeling like I hadn’t been breathing for over 2 minutes. I had to stand up to catch my breath.
in my case, it was a combination of dysphagia and gastritis.
best bet is to see a doctor then get a second opinion. It’s cheap.

Dude, if you won’t take care of your health, shower often, brush your teeth, use antiperspirant/deodorant, or otherwise attempt to keep your wife happy, perhaps it’s time to lather yourself up with some fresh durian. It may be your only hope to save your marriage.

It’s folks like this that remind me why I don’t actively seek out other expats as friends. There seems to be a surprising percentage of absolute fools among us.

Your sister in-law made you get naked so she could give you a sponge bath? Some guys have all the luck.

Other than a university course, are there other options for MOE approved Thai language courses in the Udon Thani area?
Udon Thani is preferable. However, I would consider something within the Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Khon Kaen triangle.
I can’t seem to locate a listing or database from the Ministry of Education.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

That’s kinda like wearing a condom on your finger during sex because wearing it properly doesn’t feel as good.
