Train 69 does not go to Surin or Korat, Train 67 goes via Korat to Surin. They are separate trains.
If u can get to a train station they should have a paper timetable that is clearer & has more detail of the route.

I didn't think much of the inside of Wat Rong Khun, & haven't been back to look. Its the outside that I think is great.

The AFL website is running a poll to see about extending the next series to 3 games.
I think you get a better Irish side when the teams play in Australia coz the players get a free holiday & are keen to go

In Chiang Mai the Tapae Gate area would suit what you are looking for. Inside the moat is less hectic than along Tapae road.
A bit of a way from the gate but very nice is Tamarind Village

Theres a bus from airport to Trat. If not a good connection go to Rayong. Stay overnight. Plenty of buses everyday from Rayong To Trat.
At Trat there are pickups going to the port to cross to the island. The drivers will find you . They hang around where the buses stop & leave when they have enough people.

lots of info at www.visitsingapore.com
There is a desk in the airport terminal that has promotions/ last minute deals for hotels
Lots of computer shops near Bugis mrt station [Rochor centre ,Sim Lim ]. Thats a good area to stay for shopping ,transport & sightseeing.
Along the river at night there are some ok restaurants including Thai food if, like me ,you have a wife who will not eat anything else.

Its clear on the website that the LC Terminal is separate from KLIA. There is info about ground transport to KL etc.
If u bought ticket elsewhere its the sellers responsibility to let you know departure info.

Cheap hotels at www.visitsingapore.com. Most are in Geyling close to mrt station [except on weekends & holidays]
There is a staffed desk in the airport that has promotions, full range of hotel prices. Good deals .
Free local phone calls & internet at airport before u go thru immigration

The timetable on the net is not correct/ complete. Better to get a paper timetable available from any station. The one in thai has more trains than the timetable in english.
I don't remember 100 % but I think the trains you are after don't stop at Pichit. [ The train to Chiang Mai doesn't stop at Ayuttaya tho it says it does on the net timetable]
The departure times r correct for the 2 trains u mentioned

I think the term 'best airlines' should refer to different areas including being an economical one. Singapore and Thai Alns have always been the most expensive in my list of travel fairs. Emirates have always offered cheaper tickets in my case.
If you book on singaporeair website the fares are some of the cheapest around, plus lots of planes to evrywhere.

John Madden gets win for Raiders - late run to the playoffs

Chiang Rai city is full of travel agencies doing tours. You can turn up anytime. Easy to wander around & work out for yourself plus you can get to talk to someone in the office about exactly what you want.
I would think they all go to see hilltribes, hard to avoid. You can see them around town in the markets and in the night bazaar
Don't miss the white temple

I was told this new name would be considered unlucky - unless you made the second word a plural.

Does anyone know of a restaurant or bar in Pattaya that regularly shows the Monday & Tuesday morning American football games, & doesn't change channels half way through. Thanks

He is the son of the man who died in that bar

The highway route recommended by mumbo jumbo has great scenery especially this time of year. There are a couple of basic places to stay along the way.
