If some random person is coming into a condo complex and harassing people, asked to leave and doesn't, is this trespassing in Thailand? And does the police do anything about it? Goggling it in the west, it's a crime, "aggravated trespassing or criminal trespassing" and it is a criminal offence. I'm just wondering how it's handled if you were to call the police, has anyone any experience? I know TIT, but would like to know what our rights are in this case.

Has anyone used an agent to transfer a green book in Chiang Mai? I'm aware it's cheaper to got to the land office, but I'd rather just pay a fee. Some info I've read online is having to bring the bike to the land office... Just wondering if that's necessary, or if the agent does this?
