So from this you conclude that dialysis or a transplant will probably be needed.

yes mr know it all, because mr know it all and  someone who does not like others giving their opinion . because only he knows anything and everything .. mr know  it all,, they stated the student's urine turned coke-coloured due to acute kidney problems. which mr know it all, is a  sign of a  stage of kidney damage, because the kidney is not filtering properly , mr know it all,

so mr know it all, if he has kidney disease,, there is no cure, but as they stated and you love to point out in glee,, it is manageable , which is true for some stages of kidney disease.  so mr know it all, it means now,if he has kidney damage  he has to change his life style a lot, to try and prevent it getting worse, because  mr know it all , if he does not,, it will get worse and he could end up needing a kidney transplant or dialysis ,that mr know it all, is why they say it is manageable ,  and  because he is  young mr know it all, he has to do this every day for the rest of his life , so he has to MANAGE  it,

so mr know it all, lets hope he does not have kidney damage and there for disney disease,

and lets hope, you are now more educated on chronic kidney disease, and of course lets hope mr know it all, you might learn some common decency  and allow people to give their opinions, even if they are not the same as your arrogant selfs  .  have a nice day mr know it all

The altercation reportedly began on Mittraphap Road in the Non Sung Subdistrict, where Supot was driving a government-issued four-door pickup. As traffic was heavy, Supot stated he blocked a large truck that was attempting to overtake, fearing there was not enough room and the truck’s trailer would hit his vehicle and potentially cause a wider collision.

or would not allow the truck to pull into the inside lane , in front of him

Dual pricing only effects cheap backpacker type tourists and sensitive souls. Thailand in no way should appease cheap backpackers who offer nothing to the economy, but take up valuable space. Not only should they put the prices up for foreigners but ban anyone with a back pack from coming into a national park. Furthermore ban hostels.

The prices for these places are still cheap compared to western standards.

Thailand simply needs to adjust the wording and image of the dual pricing. For example, if you see a price on the wall, but then offers Thais a reduction it may look better than showing two prices on board and you get the dreaded sensitive police brigrade crying dual pricing.

In London you have attractions and places that offer discounts for locals, and those not from the area pay more. I see no moral outrage there. Imagine being a local Thai and seeing lovely national parks destroyed by mass cheap tourists, throwing rubbish everywhere, crowds, and the enviromental damage it does to your locality. Letting them in cheaply offers some compensation.

Aren't the also planning this for the BTS - where by locals in Bangkok may get a set fare of 20 Baht per person, but others will pay full fares. Wording makes it okay.

or it could be, due to principle,,  one baht, or one hundred baht,, same thing,, its a farang,, lets charge more..

I guess I was looking for guidance all along the process.  For example, where would you go for a diagnosis and to formulate a game plan?  Where would you recommend a dialysis patient to go if that was part of the treatment plan?  Even a transplant patient...  Especially keeping costs in mind.  Are there specialized public hospitals, or are foreigners pretty much limited to Private?

This is why I started this topic,,, how do people deal with the costs ?  do they , can they and is it affordable to get health insurance when living in thailand. I planned to retire there next year now that looks in doubt if I can not get or afford health insurance.
