Impossible measure is the same as no measure at all.

noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (including CPAP) is a method that is ALREADY used in those with severe pneumonia but not yet in need of invasive ventilation
so
- CPAP is useful ( and is already used ) in some severe pneumonia patient ( including COVID pneumonia )
- those needed a ventilator CANNOT use a CPAP as a substitute
- a CPAP (for those needed a ventilator but couldn't get one) is better than nothing, of course. but it would not be an adequate treatment.

The process itself took no less than 6 hours. + the time it need for the transport of the specimen

Tattoo is a bad bet as there are some cases that the doctors are sued after they "respected the tattoo" because the patient told his/her relatives that they changed their mind and was on his/her way to remove the tattoo.
A written document in the hands of your spouse/family is much better.

Yes, it does. The concept of palliative care (including no resuscitation order) is widely well understood (in the medical personnal, that is).
A written document is always a good idea though.

If you have someone in your care that is suspected to have COVID-19 please contact healthcare provider nearby. DO NOT TREAT THEM AT HOME.

Just keep unwashed hands away from your face.
That's the main method to prevent many respiratory illnesses. (including COVID19)

How is the government explaining the unusual spike in pneumonia cases of almost 3k, and have these people been tested for the covid 19 virus to see if that caused it?
Please put the source here.
It is very possible that you have seen a "misunderstood report" that confuses PUIs for COVID with viral pneumonia cases just because the website is named /viralpneumonia because it was established when a mysterious viral pneumonia is spreading in Wuhan and no one know what is the cause.

Patients with bronchitis so severe that would cause low oxygen level don't get better that fast with pills.
Unless you get a nebulized or inhaled bronchodilator, that would be possible.
-
If the "low oxygen" is real then you are definitely not going to be better after a few pills.

Mortality rate and Case fatality rate are two different things. They are not interchangeable.

I wonder if they might be testing for the presence other disease instead of the presence of this new virus. Is that even possible?
Yes. It is very much possible.
And much much more likely. -

I am scared as people dying even young ones. Compare it with flu is utter nonsense.
Why not? Young people die from Flu literally everyday.
That doesn't mean coronavirus is not scary though.

It's an indicator of where potential cases are surfacing in Thailand... only in BKK near the international airports, or more broadly in many other outlying cities. Their last public mention of hospitals where "Patients Under Investigation" were being housed/treated included quite a few different cities around Thailand from north to south... But again, those are just potential cases, not necessarily confirmed ones. Most of the confirmed ones appear to be being treated in BKK. And the Department of Disease Control said in one one of their recent statements that most of the PUIs are turning out to have only seasonal influenza, though they didn't give any actual numbers for that.
What practical means would you do differently if there are 2019-nCoV patients being treated in your area?

(where) suspect cases are being hospitalized.
What are the usefulness of such information?

Calling this "pneumonia vaccine" could be misleading
The so-called "pneumonia vaccine" actually are pneumococcal vaccine. It is a vaccine against infection of bacteria Streptococcus pneumonia. It could cause pneumonia, otitis, sinusitis, meningitis FROM THAT BACTERIA.
The vaccine does not prevent other causes of pneumonia.
Hand hygiene is still important.
