So what is the current status about TM30 and 90-day reporting to Jomtien. I am on a O-retirement extension of stay and returning from abroad to the same address with a re-entry permit. Do I need to register a new TM30 to do my next 90-day report, or is my current one on file ok?

They wanted some sort of bank statement, but I can't remember the amount, it was some years ago, but I think it was less then 800.000 thb.

I did open my bank account on a 90 day Imm-O retirement. I think they don't want to open on a tourist visa but it is up to the branch, same have done that too. You can actually apply for the 90 day O online in you home country before leaving, if you are in a country that support it.

If you use the search function, you get all the previous data from last time you reported. Just fill in passport number and nationality and then click the search glasses.

There is a user guide from immigration TM30 login page, se picture. Don't know it it is any good.

Why don't you let the owner do the TM30?, it is her duty according to the law. TM30 can be done online.

Yes, you select the "service", pick a date and the available times show up. Make sure you print the booking on a paper. Immigration loves paper. 😂

I had a bank statement and bankbook. Money in bank.

This is an extension on a previous extension. And I was out of the Kingdom during this period. No new TM30 filed when coming back. I booked a time online and showed up 30 minutes early. Passed the que and went direct to desk no 8. Was told to come back on my booked time…that seems fair. :) Back at desk no 8, 30 minutes later. And there were a lot of people waiting. Presented my passport with relevant copies. Bank paper and bankbook with copies. Copies of a condo rental contract and copy of owners id. Out in 10 minutes! Wow!! No TM30, 90-day or house book shenanigans. Maybe I was just lucky. 😁 Great work Jomtien. 🙏

I did my 90 day O online late 2022, it was easy, just a lot of documents. :) My home insurance was accepted as health insurance for the 90 days, post covid era. Extended with no problems, no health insurance required.

O obtained outside Thailand require insurance (Europe one year ago) not sure now. O obtained in Thailand no insurance required.

I never said FD's. You assumed I did. I just said locked account. And most FD accounts are not. You have a nice day too. :)

The principle amount can be partially withdrawn before the deposit due term whereby: If the deposit was made less than 3 month prior, no interest is paid If the deposit was made at least 3 months prior but has not completed the due term, the bank will pay interest at the rate for a savings deposit account for private individuals, and tax will be deducted Kasikorn FD. So it is not locked but you lose interest.

You can not use an account where the money is locked for any period. It have to be instant available to satisfy immigration.

It is not for retirement or marriage extensions!

I do mine my self, easy and in the rules of the law...and save money too.

Ok, so now you say it is the 30 day extension. Finally some new info. :) I am always talking about the 12 month extension.

And you can do TM30 as a renter. And I always do my extension 2-3 weeks in advance...at Jomtien. All three OP points in his post are totally false. Please don't bother his post.

Regulation from The Royal Thai police about TM30 point 2.2. 2.2 After a householder, owner or possessor of dwelling place or hotel manager already made a notification according to 2.1, then the alien goes to occasionally stay somewhere else and return to stay at the original place within the notified period of stay tahat has not yet ended, such householder, owner or possessor of dwelling place or hotel manager is not required to make a notification again.

Just google TM30 regulation and you see you are wrong. It is people like YOU giving false information on all 3 points!
