Did you travel in Thailand and stayed at a hotel? Then they probably did a TM30 there. If so, you have to do another one back to your home address. -

It is the same in Sweden. I did my 90 day non-o in Sweden and it required healt insurance. I used my home insurance for that. If you apply for a non-o in Thailand, no healt insurance is required. -

You can always start over, I did that one time. Tourist visa on arrival >> Non-O 90 days >> 12 month extension. -
