Imm-O retirement questions. 1, Can I extend 30 days and then do the 12 months extension or is it invalid after 30 day extension? 2, Condo contract. How long contract time do I need to apply for 12 month extension. 3, 6, 12?

Can't you do a TM28 by your self? TM 28 are for tenants...or is it not used anymore?

"Building name" is not a required field, just leave all fields not required blank.
