I have a new passport and want to put the new number on my Thai drivers license. Does anyone know what paperwork I need to accomplish this without having to go back and forth. Smooth & Seamless, if that is possible. One of my friends said to forget about it, but I have 4 more years left and I'd rather do it now. This is in Phuket so it might be different. I think I saw this here once before but I couldn't find it in the searches I tried. Thanks.
