I think I saw 1 or 2 air rifles in the cm gun shop by kad luang talot ( worarot market)??? But thought they were a bit pricey but they had a few 6 months ago.

Mine totally quit heating one day...found online that a diode can go out. It's near where power cord comes inside and one end grounds to the frame. Amorn shop had the diode replacement 60 baht.... Was an easy fix

careful though like previous posts warned. Deadly voltages to stay away from..

I wonder some head in the office was goingto be gone on that Thursday. ANd it was done while that person was away? While the normal(honest) Thai workers in the office knew your were going to get ripped if you did it the day you went in??? Just a thought???

I am no air expert but had a concern when i put in single split units. I asked the guy whats the max length of run for pipes between comp and int fan unit? He said 10-15 m. I am at about 12m.Thought that was even a bit long and now know why its not as cold as it should be. I wanted and have mounted the comp on the shady side of house and for noise as well but now i think this is a mistake. I think now i should move them to a sunnier side and closer to fan units and shade them for a shorter pipe run of 2-3 m for more cooling temp??? however sacrficing seeing the units and hearing them working more???

these are two seperate units one comp for each fan unit. not inverter model or multiple fan units running on one comp. I have the basic single unit split type as most everywhere here. (1 comp outside and one fan unit inside) = 1 air con set for one room

I did see a small shop using a cnc machine not sure if he was using laser or plasma.. If you were driving and suriwong bookstore was on your right you would turn right at the intersection just past suriwong.(Has no light) proceed down that road until you came to a somewhat offset intersection again no light. there on your left is a bridge going over a small klong you want to turn left there going over the bridge. and i think its the first shop on the left after the bridge. It was right out front of the shop. so you could not miss it if it is still there.

well i did have contact with her over e mail a few yrs ago concerning this and she said next time in thailand she would go to amphur. I was told she could go herself and do divorce but i by myself could not.(tit) not sure about this. she asked me to send her the papers i had and translations which i did. However she never did it. The next year i was back to states i mailed again and she said she forgot again. ( she is back and forth doing handicraft import exp) I tried again to contact her before i went back to thailand nov 08 and got no reply from her. As far as i know she is still here in the states. giving up on her doing anything and looking for other avenues.

have not asked amphur her marital status......

i know i am divorced in stetes but i want to clear the thai side of things. Not that i want to marry again but i want it cleared up.

I have a ? I foolishly married at the amphur way back in 92 to help out a gal to come stateside. Realised my mistake after leaving amphur. Came back stateside and revoked the alien relative petition. 2 yr later girl gets in USA with tourist visa i assume. Wants to divorce. I said sure but if you think you gonna get something out of me in court over a 2 month marriage and then separated your dreaming. (had nothing to take anyway). anyway goes to court and i win (in the US). have my divorce papers from court. Went to amphur several times with translations of court documents and originals papers to no avail. I would like to see this cleared up in the amphur office showing my divorce.

Since there is a recpirocal agreement for marriage between countrys as being recognised as a legal marriage. should divorce be recognised as well??

Or only way is to try and find this person and go into amphur??? No contact with her anymore and she has both marriage certs....

His name in english is Jimmy. 0818852893 hope mods dont have a prob with this. If he works on it i would say yes take it to him. If his staff work on it well about as good as taking it to any thai shop in my opinion. The good thing is if your thai is bad his english is good and you can get across what the problem is. But i think he is getting a bit pricey for normal car repairs compared to a reglar thai shop.

Not sure its the same place but on the Maejo phrao rd there is a fectory that makes these. Past Maejo University would be on the oppisite side of the road of the uni. quite a few clicks past the stoplight at Meajo but before the red light to turn left to head to Maerim. I brought 2 air rifles in last year. I declared them with the airport check in. Bags got hung up in bkk (they were checked straight away sfo-bkk-cm. ) when they came in they called and said do you have gun in bag i told them yes and proceeded to airport and pick them up. was not a problem.......

now have some fun shooting rats and other undesirables around the property.....

I wish i could say it is as easy as walking into the amphur with your divirce papers. i made this mistake some years ago and married (registered in amphur) well to make long story short i did get the divorce in my home country and took the papers with me back to amphur with thai translations and with thai person helping me several times. but they still would not log my divorce in the books (chiang mai). they tole me "she" has to come in and do it.

i would love to get this cleared up too so if any of you have info on how to please let me know.....

I have a decent Rigid brand US made 25 ft snake you can use. the one you hook up to electric drill. however i would not be back in Maejo for a month if you still have the problem then...
